Horrible. I am a sports vehicle enthusiast with lots of experience generally with much of the online stock of s2s Motorsports, and was eager to see it all and apply for a job there doing something i know lots about and would love to market. So, I attended the premises of s2s Motorsports 22454 48 Ave, Langley BC V3A 3N6 Tuesday 4aug2026 for job interview i found thru INDEED. Interview went well with lady named Brandi. She said I'd passed their initial ai vetting, and I'd now passed her vetting, and I'd be moved now to final interview with some other person who would be likely interviewing me Thursday. So today Wednesday 5aug2026 I phoned s2s with some follow-up questions but was met with confusion. Firstly, the secretary jenny said the gm at s2s Motorsports langley says Brandi has nothing to do with s2s Motorsports and she is part of another company that simply rents space at their location. Jenny said the gm says Brandi and her company do not do hiring for s2s Motorsports, onlyshare commercialspace, and (HERE'S THE KICKER!) when i asked for that company name or a phone # or email or any contact info, i was enigmatically told that they don't know! They could not or would not for reasons that baffle common sense and logic because of the very fact they share the same commercial address and building only under one roof publicly visible from street as solely: S2S MOTORSPORTS. This ofcourse triggered my concerns who or what I just disclosed all my private personal and professional information to? I only consented for s2s Motorsports to manage all said legal and privacy protected info related to my job application but now it appears someone or some other agency sharing same space as s2s Motorsports has my said private info. And s2s Motorsports is an actor in this by fact they hosted me while there for said interview. Nobody said anything about any 3rd party at the time. Afyer the interview i asked to look around at their inventory so as to physically see and get better acqainted with their product lines, especially as a pitential new hire but also to shop for my personal use. Instead, my request was denied by now a male secretary (name?) who treated me poorly. He said their inventory was locked up and I would need someone to escort me but nobody was available. I said ok, I will wait outside. I did fir quite sometime, probably near under an hour, then I left. So sad. I wondered if this is how they treat all their customers, public and job interviewees. I wondered if this is really the kind of place I'd feel proud about working with, particularly with the confusion and contradictions related to their use in cosharing space with unknown 3rd party entity under only s2s Motorsports publicly advertised roof. Answer was simple: NO. In the end when I phoned today, the gm did not or would not speak with me. I asked for any person in sales but was rudely told repeatedly that they s2sMotorsports had nothing to do with any hiring at their location yesterday Tuesday nor any unkown mystery agency they share space with. So I naturally, I am now going thru motions of investigation and complaint thru gov regulatory bodies. I wondered if others have experienced same or similar treatment as either hire or customer? read more

I bought what was supposed to be my families boat of our dreams from S2S Motorsports: what an absolute nightmare! I put my down payment down on the boat and asked to have down riggers rigged, kicker placed on it and plumbed into main tank for pick up in a week. Didn't happen, had to mount and wire my own down riggers, was left with a 6 litre Tank for the kicker, floor had multiple tears in it, windshield brackets were broken, and that was only the start. They drilled a hole right through the hull of the boat mounting the kicker controls and tried to hide it with caulking. They wired the batteries wrong causing it to charge the hull to 7 amps because they neglected to put a ground on the batteries. The boat would take on water nonstop and actually flood the seating areas with water. After 2 weeks of this I asked them to take this boat back, they said sure, at a 14k deduction from what I paid. The management could care less and wouldn't return calls, will say the service guy seemed to try to help but after 5 months I got nowhere at all. Took it up to Edmonton for warranty work and diagnostics, non of which S2S would do, after 3 weeks of repair I made the decision to trade this boat in on a substantial loss as I'd lost all faith in this boat and more importantly the credibility of S2S Motorsports and their management. If you're looking to purchase a boat I very strongly suggest steering very well clear of S2S Motorsports. As soon as the money cleared they could care less with any issues and did the absolute minimum to try to resolve anything. read more

I had a great experience here unlike the previous reviewers. The salesperson (Chris) who helped me out was outstanding. I had very specific requirements for the model I was interested in, and he exceeded all of my expectations. I have never worked with a salesperson for any vehicle who kept all of their promises (most say things just to get a sale but fail to deliver 100% on what was promised). Chris followed through on every promise he made. He even went out of his way to send me pictures of the bike when it arrived at the dealership and again after it was in storage. Chris has a lot of experience with motorcycles, so he was able to answer my questions based on personal experience and not BS like a lot of other salespeople I've dealt with in the past. On top of all this, he was also able to get me a great price! The Sea to Sky showroom is housed within a large rustic facility and is very spacious with a comforting ambience. The merchandise is well-organized and tidy. Each product line (primarily Kawasaki/Indian/Polaris) is easy to find in their respective areas. The other employees I interacted with at the Sea to Sky dealership were all super nice and knowledgeable in their fields as well (Yoshi in Parts, David in Insurance, Kathleen in Finance). I wish I could work with all of them every time I'm in the market for any vehicle, be it a motorcycle or car, as it was such a good experience. I ordered some brakes for my Slingshot from another Source (Slingmods) as the OEM brakes are crap, very soft. Sea to Sky doesn't install Customer supplied parts. Seriously! Policy apparently. My policy henceforth is to avoid Sea to Sky Motorsports whenever possible. While I'm at it, oil changes for the Slingshot at Mr. Lube are $50.00 less than at Sea to Sky Motorsports and it's done while you wait. Sea to Sky keeps your vehicle all day, you can get a time for service, but 9AM could mean 3PM. So you need to drop it off. Not a big deal for some, it is for me. Wastes about 2 hrs of my time, bringing it in, having someone pick me up then bringing me back. Again not a big deal for some Customers. Sea to Sky does not cater to Customers. My opinion. The people are brutal. I bought 2 brand new ATV's from them and when it finally came time that something broke they would not service my ATV and sent me over to some dude who kept my ATV for 8 months and didnt fix it. Will never even look at this place again. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Jeff Rae is the worst GM in history. He and his team double billed us for a winch and installation fees. We've been trying to get the money ($850) refunded since January. Very displeased with the dealership. We were asked to place a deposit on a bike which we purchased a few hours later. We were not told that it would take 2 weeks to issue our check and that the Ford dealership would be issuing it. When I asked someone to call me back Kathleen laughed at me and said that wouldn't happen. I'm very pissed off to be paying interest charges on my visa for this deposit now. They may have gotten the bike sale but will not be getting any further business of mine. read more

I tried to arrange a safety recall check on some Polaris safety harnesses today. The first person I spoke to was not knowledgeable about the products and I asked to speak to someone else. This person was just as bad. They asked for my VIN number so they could check for any recalls, I explained that the harnesses are aftermarket Polaris harnesses and wouldn't be tied to the VIN, but they just became angry and said without the VIN they couldn't do the recall. I said I would provide the VIN, but it wouldn't help, as they are aftermarket Polaris harnesses. They then got nasty and said I should go to 5-Star motorsports as they couldn't help me. When I asked "Are you seriously refusing to perform a safety recall on harnesses?" they answered "Yes" and hung-up on me. WOW, just WOW - REFUSING to perform a safety recall. I would seriously recommend that you avoid this place, if they won't even perform safety recalls, do you really trust them to provide you with a machine? read more

Terrible Dealer, Give your money to ANY one else!!!! staff has zero knowledge, couldn't tell me any details about their bikes. confirmed an appointment and after driving 1.5 hours to see a bike I'm told oops sorry its already sold!!! 3 hours out of my day and the gas to match, all for an "oops my mistake" what a joke. i have never in my life had such incompetent dealings with any shop, showroom or so called professional in the motor sports industry! unreal... do NOT give them your business or your time. read more

I tried to purchase a utv from this outfit but had nothing but problems trying to get a straight answer from this outfit. when i finally got an out the door total price from them for the polaris 900 eps with accessories i said i would take it and pay cash. I did not hear from them for three days, phoned the sales manager and he said he would check into the problem. he phoned me back and said that he could not sell the unit for that price. his first answer was that the sale price was over at the beginning of oct. and i explained to him that i offered to buy this on sept.28 in an email to the salesman. his answer next was the salesman made a mistake and gave me wrong price. if you are wise you will stay away from this company. read more

Shady, dishonest service center! I waited a month to get my bike in for a carb rebuild. When I dropped the bike off I explained the reason for a damaged fairing was due to a drop I had done back in 2014 (no relation to the current mechanical problem I was having with the engine bogging down at 3500 RPM). Well I guess they had dollar signs in their eyes when they heard "dropped bike". Because I got a call couple days later that they could no longer do the carb clean due to it being their busy season. Nevermind the fact that they knew my appointment was specifically for this! They went further and told me that the entire bike was trashed and needed a whole engine rebuild as well as a carb clean. Fair enough, however not really... When I went to pick the bike up I asked what their reasoning to suggest an engine rebuild was. Right away I was met with a snarky remark "Sir, you dropped your bike and it is in very rough shape. When we removed the gas tank the spark plug well was full of oil." I was taken aback because I had the whole bike apart right before I dropped it off and did not see any evidence of this at all. So as any reasonable person would do, I asked to speak with the mechanic that worked on my bike. They lady whom identified herself as the manager said "why? no, that's not your right". Isn't my right? They went on to suggest I just take my bike and leave, then scrubbing my BS bill for a $350 diagnosis. A diagnosis partially for what I brought the bike in to have fixed. Well now at this point they've wasted an entire month of riding and I was no further ahead since they wouldn't even clean the carb. So obviously I was upset at this. With their complete dishonesty of the situation I took out my frustration by telling another customer what had happened. At this point staff kicked me out and proceeded to tell me I've been banned for life. I generally do not go out of my way to leave bad reviews toward businesses but this one can't go unsaid. I hope anyone reading this will think twice before bringing your recreational machines to them for service. And incase anyone is wondering if I got a second opinion. Yes I did. The bike only needed a carb clean. $200 out the door and I'm back to my bike running good as new! read more

This place is a joke! The people in the parts department know nothing! The worst customer service ever! Don't believe it? Phone them and ask the parts department anything. They ask you the same question several times. So now you don't want to phone and ask maybe just go in ? Even worse! You stand there with nobody in the store for 15-20 minutes and then the girl from the front (who is very nice and polite) comes up to get me help from the back and this is where the painful progress starts all over. They are very unknowledgable of the simplest of tasks. Oh ya and they tell you the price in the advertised catalogue is wrong. The new price is higher. Are you kidding me! Would no longer refer this Dealership. WHAT happened to the Sea to Sky Motorsports I once knew? Now this new S2S Dealership is cold, rude, uninterested and all about money and that 'one' sale. A typical car lot mentality. Had bike in for repairs and service which took well over 3 months. And our bike came back all scratched. Anyone that use to know what they were doing ...are gone. Thought that there would be some "Class" with the brand Indian attached to Polaris. Not at this Dealership. Nobody knows about Motorcycles, Motorcycle mechanics or people. Haha. They don't even have certified employees that ride motorcycles and they're taking people out on Demo rides. I just hear that some kid. Not even fully licensed,took someone out for their demo ride. Wow! Rude. Rude. Cold. Uninterested. Uneducated. Expense. Definitely Not getting anymore money or reference from us. So disappointed. Definitely going elsewhere. read more
