After picking her up last week after a standard groom, I noticed she was acting odd and showing discomfort. As the hours progressed, excessive gagging and coughing occurred and she was noticeably more uncomfortable. I took her to the emergency vet over the weekend and explained the symptoms plus groomer situation. Upon assessment, they identified a significant and large bruise across her chest/arm plus what they indicated was likely trauma to her trachea. Bloodwork confirmed muscle trauma. Their indication was the same as my instincts - something bad happened at the groomer. As we evaluated it, it was hard to understand how her injuries would align with an accident or an unknown incident. The groomer did not share that anything went awry during the visit and acted like all was okay at pickup. I will not be taking her back.

Over time, the prices kept increasing without any clear explanation. At one point they began adding a $15 "dematting" fee, even when my dogs were regularly groomed. Recently the cost climbed to $130-$140, so I started asking for a breakdown of the charges. Unfortunately, the staff seemed irritated whenever I asked basic questions about pricing. There is no posted price list and no transparency about how they calculate the final bill. During my most recent visit, I had already combed my dogs before arriving. The employee at the front desk used a small comb on my dog's legs in a way that would naturally create tangles and then claimed there would be a dematting charge. I told him if they planned to charge that fee, I would rather take my dogs somewhere else. He took the dogs to the back and returned saying there would be no dematting charge, but added that if the dogs cried or had to be corrected during grooming there could be additional fees. I had never been told about that policy before. When I came back to pick them up, I was told the total was $75 per dog. When I asked for a breakdown of what the $75 included, the employee became extremely hostile and began yelling at the top of his lungs at me simply for asking about the charges. Even after asking multiple times, he could not provide any clear explanation of the pricing. Another concern I've had over time is that on more than one occasion my dogs came home with small cuts or what appeared to be bruising. I did not notice these issues until after we left. I cannot say exactly how it happened, but it raises concerns about whether the dogs are being properly supervised or handled during grooming. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask for a breakdown of services being charged. Instead, I was met with hostility and extremely unprofessional behavior. Because of the lack of transparency in pricing, the concerns about how my dogs were handled, and the way I was treated when asking simple questions, I will not be returning and would caution others to be aware before bringing their pets here.

PROS The staff is always engaging with all of the pups. It's amazing a skill. Lina is particularly great with this. There are cameras which allow you to see your pup's activities. I've seen Lina engage with multiple pups so no one gets left out. Side note; the staff are called Rufferees ( too cute) They have a curriculum for every group You won't find the staff standing around with their hands on their hips or arms folded talking to their coworker and ignoring the dogs ( I saw this a lot elsewhere) The process of making reservations is seamless. The Club has a portal that allows you to upload vaccination records and see anything that you would need to see related to the care of your pet. They also answer emails in a timely fashion. And because they offer boarding services someone is there 24 hours a day. You will notice that I listed pros and no cons because there really aren't any cons.

JULY 2026, Boarded my two dogs at Frogs to Dogs for 10days while they were healthy, up to date on…read moreall of their vaccinations, and showing no signs of illness. Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. I am a Master groomer but unfortunately I live to far to accommodate her so I was on the phone to make sure she got what she wanted. My sister picked up her dog 4 hrs later ( which is crazy for a small dog) but if he had looked half decent it wouldn't have been a problem. Second he looked like he was in the kennel for 3 1/2 hours and taken out 30 min before it was time to go and no finished work was done. Third they cut him shorter without calling or letting my sister know in advance . Fourth , he didn't receive a bandana or smelled like he had spent 4 hours to get beautified . Then the assistant manager that I spoke with later said that if she paid more she could've gotten a master groomer.. like what? So the most basic clip in grooming history requires a master groomer for him to look decent?!!! I'm sorry but I'm tired of groomers charging and giving half ass results. He did not get a show groomed or hand scissor where I could see where it would require more experience. He got a basic clip. The explanation of why made even less sense. The groomer should have greeted the new client and did an assessment before my sister left on what she could and could not do. That's standard practice here anyway. This was a great disappointment. Train your groomers to hold higher standards in their work and maybe have the "Master" groomers do a once over their work instead of sending them out the door looking crazy.

I was VERY specific online in the profile that I had to create, as well as in person the morning that I dropped him off, that I ONLY wanted the hair around his eyes and butt trimmed. When I arrived to pick him up at 3:30pm that afternoon, after just having a 90 minute full body massage, I was a bit out of it, and was in shock when I saw Dallas. He had been shaved down to his coat!!!! I was rightfully upset and expressed my concerns to the SUPER unprofessional, Manager, on duty! She did not apologize nor refund my money. I went the next day, and showed the SUPER unprofessional attendant, "Deshawn '' and he took photos of Dallas and asked me to "give him a few minutes" so I stepped outside. I came back in and he said that he called "Mia" and she said "you were rude yesterday" and he could not do anything. I was only "rude" AFTER she was blatantly nonchalant with regard to what they DID to my dog. It is WINTER and they (Courtney Fields) took all his fur off and WITHOUT my approval. So much so that his ears are no longer covered, and his sweaters DO NOT FIT HIM. In addition the cut IS VERY uneven, especially around his eyes and neck. My poor baby. Mia is incredibly rude and they have not issued my refund. I have attached before and after photos of my dog as well as the filth that was around the front office area. SO DIRTY!!! If I requested a FULL refund of $66.00 by the end of business on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023, and have not heard from anyone. DO NOT GO HERE! I am going to file a civil complaint in Fulton County if I do not get my FULL refund.
