Lynn put me right at ease and said there are no silly questions and to ask anything I wanted to know. My husband and I moved into Bent Tree Apartments in October along with our dog Lady. Between all of us we love being here. It's more secure for me and a piece of mind for my husband since he is gone quite often. If you move here you will be close to Walmart, the mall, and as many restaurants as you can eat at. And pizza delivery services. For that really needed pizza on a Friday night that you need! It's pet-friendly and as far as I know all the dogs love it here. I know my dog sure does! Bent Tree is a great location it is close to shopping and I-75 for my commute to work. The property is surrounded by trees so you feel like you are out in the country but you are close to anything you need. Just a beautiful setting and location. The apartments are really clean and spacious and the manager is very helpful and easy to talk to. The are a little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for very worth the price. If looking for a new home in the Piqua area I would suggest anyone to checkout Bent Tree you will fall in Love with them! read more

What a lovely place to call home. I thoroughly enjoy the park like setting and the well maintained property. My apartment is spacious and updated, and I absolutely love the balcony and central air conditioning. I am shocked by how quiet it is though with the windows open one can hear the sound of nearby 75 which I find to be rather soothing much like a fan. It's not st all a loud, overwhelming noise. I've not had an experience yet with maintenance so will update my review regarding if possible. I highly recommend Bent Tree. read more

I recently moved to Bent Tree Apartments in August 2019. The transition from a house to an apartment was made extremely easy by the helpfulness and kindness of Lynn, the manager, as well as the maintenance man. The grounds are beautiful. The apartment is very nice and very comfortable. The appliances are newer and in excellent working order. My little dog loves looking out the patio doors. All the residents I have met have been so polite and kind as well. Could not ask for a better manager! read more

My grandson dropped a ball down the toilet on Thanksgiving. I couldn't get it out tried to plunge it my boyfriend even went and got a snake to try and fix it didn't want to call maintenance out on a holiday away from his family. But unfortunately we had to call they could not have been nicer about told us not to worry about calling stuff happens that is why they are there to take care of things when it happens. I looked at a third floor apartment with vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen and it was just breathtaking. I am so excited to bring my husband back on Tuesday to show him this gorgeous apartment he doesnt normally like top floor but when he sees those ceilings he will fall in love just like I did. I looked at their apartments and they are very nice, big bedrooms, large closets in both bedrooms. All of them have a pantry and linen closet as well as a coat closet. Beautiful appliances a laundry on the first floor of each building. I cant wait to get started at my new job so I can move my family to Piqua and get a new home at Bent Tree. It is just perfect for my family. Close to shopping and open yard area for our dog and kids. Check them out you won't be sorry. read more

I am not moving until next spring but Bent Tree is definitely where we are moving to. The apartments have lots of closets, a great kitchen, and everyone has a patio of balcony. The yard area is huge so my son can run and play with our puppy. And there is pet stations throughout the community to make clean up after the pup a breeze. I've been living at Bent Tree Apartments since 2013. Living here has been an overall good experience. It is close to everything that I need. The staff is understanding and courteous. The environment is friendly and welcoming. In the three years I've been here, I have never had a bad encounter with any of the other residents. I do wish that they had a playground for the children. I am not very good on a computer and they walked me through everything and was very patient and professional with us. The apartment was everything they promised and more. I absolutely love my home here at Bent Tree Apartments! It truly is a park like setting and even has a couple of charcoal grills and a picnic table to enjoy. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The manager and maintenance man couldn't be more wonderful and quick to fix anything that goes wrong. They have made so many improvements on the property and updated the apartments and remodeled them as well. The yard area is clean and surrounded by trees. There are several dog stations around for walking the dog.
