    Carefully packed

    I needed to move for my new job. I reserved a truck with another company. They didn't call or show when they said. They said it would be closer to the weekend before they could get me.(they didn't sound convincing). So I reached back out to Bentley. They had given me a good quote a few weeks back. They honored the same price and showed up next day. Ready, able, and willing. No games, just a great move... im writing this after the move at my new job, happy and no longer stressed. They were efficient, clean, and treated my things with care on packing and reassembling. Very grateful !!

    I had the honor of moving my mother -in-law from Denver to Florida. To say the least I was 100% nervous with many things up in the air. Buying an over 55 condo to moving to getting her there safely and set up with her car as well. Bentley was recommended by Angi's list. They were very thorough with the inventory and space needed and we elected the full pack option (it was very reasonable). They did what they said Load, protect, deliver, and put back together, with her car too. the crew was very pleasant and careful with her items. The whole thing was very smooth and she was happy most of all! Thanks to all! I promised a good review if all went well, So I hope this 5-star will suffice. I would recommend or use again in a few years when its my time to move.

    First and foremost, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are illegitimate, deceptive, and criminal. They deceived me and stole my items. Firstly, I did not hire this company. Another company I booked with -- Best Choice Moving Company LLC (another fraudulent business) -- contracted them to complete my move. Nothing went well from the beginning. The mover called me three days before my scheduled pick-up date and in broken English, told me he was at my house. Red Flag #1. When the mover showed up 3 days later, he walked through my place shaking his head saying "too much, too much" in broken English, telling me that my move was going to be double what the company I booked with quoted me. I was desperate because I needed to head out of state the next day, and didn't have another option. I ended up negotiating with a sketchy character named "Sesil," who I later learned is the owner of the company, to decrease the amount of my move. It still ended up being nearly double what I paid. 21 business days passed and no update from the company. I called relentlessly and seemingly pushed them to deliver my items on July 28th (picked up June 26th). I talked to Jennifer at their office who told me twice that the deliver would be in the afternoon/evening on a Friday. I work as an on-call doctor and took off work to sit at my house that afternoon. I called multiple times during the day and heard nothing back. When I finally got Jennifer back on the phone, she said "I had been trying to reach you, the delivery can't happen today, only between 8-9am tomorrow." She had not been trying to reach me, and stated that the 1 hour window tomorrow was the only option they would offer for delivery without paying a re-delivery fee. I said I worked in the morning at the hospital and could not take off work this late notice. She said there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to her supervisor and talked to Sesil. He could not have seemed less concerned that his company's tardiness was creating a huge inconvenience in my life, despite them breaking our contract and being late with the delivery. He was unwilling to budge on the delivery time or fact that I needed to pay the re-delivery fee. I ended up asking a friend to take off work to meet the movers the following morning, as I had no other option. The morning of the delivery came and the mover was 1 hour late. No update call, no notice. I had to call Sesil 8 TIMES before he picked up. He said "delays can happen" and there was no fault on his end. The mover came, would not allow my friend to inspect the items, and made her pay before he started the move. Because she had to go back to work, she could not be present for the entire move. It was ONE guy unloading my entire delivery and he said it would take 2-3 hours. I think the pictures of my move speak for themselves. I came home to absolute carnage. Upon unpacking my items, so many things were destroyed and had to be thrown out, including an entire treadmill, two tables, countless photos, glassware, bowls, etc. I also am missing a ski bag containing 2 pairs of skis, an entire box containing oil paintings I was working on, and two boxes of valuables including jewelry. I contacted the company and the driver, absolute radio silence. I ended up filing a police report, reports with the Better Business Bureau, Department of State, and I am hiring a lawyer to go after this company. I truly do not wish this experience upon anyone else, and all I can say is that I hope justice is served. Terrible people, terrible experience, absolutely no business being allowed to offer this service to citizens.

Our piece of mind in knowing that a single crew would be accountable for the entire job was crucial. It was great for us to build a rapport with one team who both picked up our whole house and delivered it to in Vegas. We had lots of vintage furniture and art, and we knew we needed some extra help to ensure that items were carefully wrapped, stacked, and packed onto the truck. Everything showed up intact, nothing broken, and the extra care that came with knowing the team allowed us to get a great value for our money - particularly when it came time to unload into our new home. The crew--Tanner, Benny, Ben, and Jonathan--were all professional, efficient, helpful, and very careful with our belongings. Movemasters packed the truck for my move, which I then drove myself out of state. At my destination, I used a different moving team, and the contrast in professionalism was huge. That really highlighted how outstanding Movemasters was. They run an honest business with a friendly, professional team, and I highly recommend them.

They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!
