I have been going to Bentleys for years. We shop here for all our food and treats! Today my sister and I brought her cat Astrid (which she adopted from Bentleys with the name "Olivia") to attend the their 15th Birthday Party and after taking a few pictures Astrid decided to run off and hide from us for an HOUR! The whole time the worker "Eddie" helped us look for her and was so kind and caring. We love this store and always recommend it! Here is a picture of the menace. read more

We are visiting family in Ga and drove 14 hours from San Antonio, Tx with our Dachshund puppy. We love checking out different pet stores and this one is definitely one of our top favorites now. They have awesome and healthy selections and I even found some things I have been unable to find in many other stores. The employees were welcoming and helpful. We drove through from almost 2hr away, but will absolutely be patronizing them in the future, in person and online! My vet recommended this store to me years ago to get food for my cat due to her food allergy (she is allergic to turkey and chicken) as I was having difficulty finding food that was as limited as I needed to suit her and my needs. During my first visit, the staff was very friendly and very helpful in trying to find a food that my cat would be able to eat. We did find something and my cat did love it. Just this past April, I was told that my cat was overweight (oops) and needed to lose weight and would need food that had a lower fat content. So I went in looking for a new type of food for her and the staff was, once again, very helpful in finding me something with a lower fat content and limited ingredients that my cat can eat. They gave me free samples and helped me scour the shelves looking for possible other items that I could give her that met my vets requirements. With their help, I found something else for her that she loves. I give her mostly dry food, but I decided to try wet food with her and they carry several brands that have no chicken or turkey and my cat loves the ones I've given her so far. Other things to note: - They have a policy for food that for every 11 bags, your 12th one is free (I'm pretty sure you have to have a membership card with them and it is free). -They will accept food back (even if it's half gone) and offer a refund for it which is not allowed at other pet stores (from my experience) I definitely love this store! read more

Amazing place. Large food and treat selection. Fair prices. Not much of a toy/collar/leash/harness selection(what they did have was quite steep in price). Amazing staff. Took my new dog here, he was quite overwhelmed and had a couple of accidents on the floor, I apologized and offered to clean it up but the staff were very understanding and kind about it. They insisted that they clean it up themselves and that it's a pet store & to be expected. Made no big deal about it! Wonderful staff 10/10 recommend & will be coming back. read more

*NPWH. Bentley's is an excellent boutique pet store similar to what you would find ITP. The quality of the products that were carried, the selection, and the people that worked there were all excellent. They're also openly LGBTQ-friendly, if that's something you care about. They are liberal with the samples and new customers get a goody bag with samples, coupons, and more. read more

My first time going to this place and i have to say that i was extremely impressed. I am a brutally honest person so trust me when i tell you i was totally blown away by the whole experience such beautiful Staff and such a clean refreshing environment, staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly , i recommend this wonderful place to all i went in saying to myself that i wouldn't spend too much i came out the store literally with all kinds of stuff and i'm so happy i did it was well worth it read more

The employees are very knowledgeable about food, treats, and other pet care needs. If I need something they don't have, they order it for me and it's in stock the next time I go in. This is the only store in Douglasville to find ultra high end pet food. read more
