It took 3 weeks (and several phone calls) to get someone out to take a look. It is now Nov 16th and I haven been waiting since September 14 for the part to arrive/get my dishwasher fixed. I call in every few weeks and continue to be told that the part has shipped and will be in early next week. (I was told that the part shipped on October 2nd and would be in early the following week, when I called on October 26, I was told that the part would ship on October 29th and they would be out early the following week) It is now Nov 16 and Quality is looking into it again. I am expecting that I will be told that the part will be shipping and coming in next week.... Every time I call, I get a new excuse as to why the part is not here yet (the last time I was told that sometimes things get lost (3x now!) Very irritated and will not be buying appliances from Quality in the future.

Only been 5 DAYS but they said it was now only a warranty issue and told us to call their people who fix warranty issues. No I'm sorry this happened to you, we will fix it right away. Nope. They are all too willing to push it off on to someone else. Still no call on when dishwasher will be fixed. Quality still says they won't do anything. No urgency on anyone's part to fix their glaring issue. Now it's been another week and nothing. I'm recommending to my parents we get people to disconnect dishwasher and dump it in their parking lot. Right as I give them notice they are being sued.
