If seems to be a co-working space, but I was here for a workshop. Had I known I would be the first review, I'd have taken some photos because their website is conspicuously light on photos. It wasn't a bad space. The room we were in was kind of on the small side, since there were 5 rows of tables set up in the room. They were those skinny little tables you see at conferences and stuff too, which was a little bit of a pain, but no big. What actually surprised me most was that there weren't more outlets. I had my laptop to take notes, as did a couple other women, and the only outlets were high up (like more than halfway up) the wall, and only on one side of the room. My laptop didn't die, though, so it worked it alright since I was able to charge during the break. Just a bit unexpected in a modern space. I was here on a Saturday morning, in a small workshop that only had about 20 people total, so I'm not sure how it would be on a weekday, but we were the only ones there during the timeframe of our event. That was nice because it was super quiet. A couple quirks about the building, if you're heading here: They have smart elevators, and though I'm not sure exactly how they work the guard selected the floor from his desk and told me which elevator I would take to get to my floor. There are touchpads just outside the elevators, and on the way down, the only option the touchpad fave me was the lobby (although if you work there, there must be a way to access other floors). There are only about 4 buttons in the actual elevator. Also--on this floor, at least--the bathrooms are secured and you have to enter a code to enter. Nice for keeping it clean and orderly, but it could've a little stressful if you forget the code! We didn't have any kind of tech issues or anything, though it was more than a little annoying to have to agree to get promo emails from them in order to log onto the WiFi--the space was being paid for; that seems like it should have been included in the rental fee. I'm also not sure if adding a slightly larger space made it that much more expensive or something, because the catered lunch we had was set up in a kind of closet-like alcove adjacent to the larger room we were using. But overall it seems like a useful space for small meetings or other events, presentation, or co-working. read more

I loved it! everything was easy and smooth! The staff was amazing and very helpful and the space perfect for a meeting of 4 people! Even when I realized I did not have a cable to do the presentation for my mac, they lent me one. Highly recommended!!! read more

I needed to book a space on short notice. I booked BE Office at 444 N Michigan, Chicago Great location, great building, phenomenal space and equipment, great views. Great staff. Super helpful. Practiced social distancing and had masks. However, you could still see thier customer service smiles shine through. Bonus points for having a spare cord for my laptop. Everything was clean, ultra modern and ergonomic furnishings in the spaces. They more exceeded my expectations. Pricing very reasonable. They also have training rooms. We used this space for a week for intensive account renewal season. Rhonda was the administrative office assistant. She was accommodating, friendly, and available to answer random questions. I flew in from Charlotte and most of my coworkers where from out of town as well. We were loud at times but Rhonda didn't seem to be bothered. She politely shut the door when she needed to. The facility is beautiful with good views in many rooms. There are options to take calls in the phone booths or near picturesque windows that are more secluded. Our company chose to have our meals catered so we didn't use the cafe/kitchen, but it's an option. There is a Nespresso machine, dish washer, sink, and cold beverages case. Coffee cups are provided to paid guests. The Wifi signal is pretty strong in most places. The restrooms were clean and stocked. Although another conference was taking place the same timed as ours, we never heard sny other people. read more

The space was clean and nicely furnished with a strong wi/fi signal, and a beautiful view! They also have a fantastic drink and snack kitchen that's openly accessible for a minimal daily rate. I had a permanent office at BeOffice for just over a year, and only left because of new company guidelines from my employer that required me to work from a home-based office. I really loved working there - it's a smaller, quieter and more personal version of a WeWork or Regus office. The offices are quiet and kept at a nice temperature. The location is premium, right in the best part of Michigan Avenue, with beautiful views from any of windows. And, the office space is much larger than I found at WeWork or Regus. The newly remodeled kitchen is amazing, with a Nespresso machine, a variety of snacks, a full stocked beverage fridge and occasional surprise catered lunches. When I was researching offices, BeOffice was definitely the best value compared to the 4-5 other places that I considered. If I have the opportunity to rent an office in the future, I know exactly where I'll go - BeOffice at 444 N. Michigan Avenue! read more

BeOffice is a great, collaborative workspace in an ideal Chicago location. The staff is courteous, efficient and quickly get you situated and connected to begin your work. The private offices have lots of desk space and light. The views are AMAZING overlooking Michigan Ave. Plus, there is a Starbucks and Corner Bakery in the building. Be Office is absolutely everything you could ask for in an urban workspace. The location on Chicago's prestigious Michigan Ave. is a definite plus for you and your clients. They offer a wide selection of plans including coworking spaces and private offices. Some great amenities are also available (kitchen, conference rooms, wifi, business equipment, etc) They even have virtual services that include some super options if you're working from home or elsewhere. You will love the staff there. They're very welcoming and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. I have been using BeOffice now for about 6-7 months and I love it! The facilities are great, nice and clean, chairs already set up, tables provided, white boards, projector, if you need it. Everything's very modern and relatively new. The management is very flexible with the booking as long as you give them 24 hour notice in advance. I have never had any problems trying to book a meeting room at the time that I requested. Generally, I had an amazing experience using their facilities.
