The pastries and cakes are beautiful, with a unique take on some traditional items. A big plus, they will heat your order for you which makes their baked items taste fresh and delicious. Lots of flakey layers and excellent and kind customer service. She deserves a 5+. The bakery is located in a strip mall and the seating area could probably use a quick hit with a broom but other than that, it's a nice little neighborhood spot.

Bequest is our go to coffee shop! They not only serve excellent options for coffee, but also yummy pastries, tasty sandwiches and flatbreads (their cheesecake is the best I've ever eaten!). The owners, Vinney and Andi, are gracious and welcoming. We took advantage of their offer to reserve a table for the Summer Concert Series at Town Center. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, great food, and entertaining performances by various local band groups. We will be regular patrons of Bequest and recommend you pay them a visit. Items ordered: Matcha latte & double shot vanilla latte Friendly staff and nice location with ample seating, both inside and outside. Didn't try any but the pastries looked good. This is our second time and the coffee was a bit disappointing. Ordered a matcha latte and it just tasted like diluted milk due to the melted ice. Not expecting super quality matcha but despite the strong green coloring there was almost no taste of the matcha. Coffee seemed like it was over-extracted as it was way too bitter, even for a double shot latte. Might come back to try an açaí bowl or pastries but not sure about the coffee. read more
