This ended up being a bit steeper than anticipated. $9 16oz spicy mocha, $8.XX 16oz rose cardamom latte, $7 breakfast burrito, and $8 slice of quiche. Overall, it wasn't very impressive. The coffee here is top notch. We got a Gingerbread latte and Eggnog latte which you would think would both just be overly sweet but festive, however the coffee in these is very good! Mine was the gingerbread latte and I Immediately tasted coffee and not sweet gingerbread milk. The hint of gingerbread and spices is all this coffee needs and I drank mine pretty quickly. Their coffee sizes are short, tall and grande. I ordered a tall and it's kinda small but it packs a punch and was more coffee than milk so not bad. I had a great experience here! They are so friendly! It was my first time here and I will be back! They have some comfortable seating that looks good to sit and chat at. The decor is nice and clean looking. The overall atmosphere is inviting. My iced latte with oatmilk was great. It had a good roasted flavor. The parking lot is a little small. I came here because I was getting my oil changed up at Buckey's and this was a short ten minute walk. They had 3 tables outside for seating, and none inside because of CoVid-19. The pastry options seemed limited for 1:30PM but that's ok. I ordered an iced honey lavender latte. Not a fan LOL and I wished I played it safe with something I knew I liked haha but that's ok. It took me a while to get my drink because there is only one person working the window and the inside. Maybe 15 minutes? Pretty long in my opinion just for some coffee. I also ordered a cookie. This is a solid early AM caffeine hot spot, especially for the Lynnwood area. I must say, it is also refreshing and nice to have other coffee alternatives, other than Str Bx. I highly recommend the turmeric late/golden milk. This elixir has healing powers and is so delicious and smooth. If you are craving some nosh and noms check out the vegetarian breakfast burrito with the hot sauce. It's super tasty and leaves you feeling all warm and full. It's rare I have a good experience at this specific Ladro. The times I do go are merely for my Butterhorn obsessed toddler. Our main issue is the drive thru! They always seem so inadequately staffed. This location messes up my order every time. The old lady with the neck tattoos that works there is super rude and always acts like she's too busy to give my order her full attention. even though I'm usually the only one in there. There's another coffee place across the street that usually has a line, but is wayyy better all around. I highly recommend avoiding this place and going there instead. read more

This is a different location than the one I usually go to. It looks smaller from the outside - but it's actually quite large on the inside. The parking lot is quite small - probably 6 or 7 cars. There was one guy working the drive-thru, taking orders & making the drinks. And he did this all with a smile, a rarity nowadays. I wish I got his name so I can give him some praise. I ordered a 12 oz. Chai Latte - they ask if I wanted more spicy or more sweet. I opted for more spicy. I had to add some cane sugar to get it a little bit more sweeter - but other than that - it was good. You bus your own cups - the bus bin is right underneath the sugar and straw area. read more

I got to my destination and popped the lid off because it felt really light and almost 1/3 of it was empty because the foam was gone (I hadn't drank any yet). I see this happen every once in a while, please go over the difference between lattes and cappuccinos with your baristas, I feel like there should be at lease a couple more ounces of milk in here. :( Three stars because I come here multiple times a week and love pretty much everything else, but this is genuinely annoying when it happens. read more

This stand-alone coffee shop is a nice change from the rest of suburban hell that is Lynwood, WA. Supporting a locally owned business is great. The baked goods are excellent, as is the customer service. They have rice milk... which is really important for me. The latte they made me was delicious. The place is spacious and could probably accomodate a private event. The view out the front window could be improved with some potted bamboo to create a screen so that you don't have to stare onto an ugly street. It sounds like the drive-thru is a problem... maybe everyone should check your order before you drive off to make sure it is right? I would definitely come back here. read more

I *should* love this place more seeing as it's the best coffee I've found north of Seattle yet...BUT I just can't. Why? Because it depends on the barista on whether or not they're worth the trip past Starbucks. I've always said at least Starbucks is consistently crappy. I would think Ladro would spend a decent amount of time training their employees so that I don't get a great drink one day and a total piece of crap the next. When I lived on Queen Anne I lived a Ladro - this one is nothing like those. If they can get the consistency down I'll happily give another star...but as of yet, it's a hit and miss. read more

It's just not the same anymore. Went back to Ladro today after going away for some time now... and I'm less then impressed. I noticed a new barista, she wasn't very welcoming. I ordered a light ice iced tea; who knew light ice meant half cup full of ice. The chocolate chip cookie was a chocolate chip cookie. $6 after tax and tip... a bit on the pricier side. Haven't tried their coffee lately so I can't attest to that. I wasn't there very long today, unlike my normal study sessions. I use to love coming here... bummer! read more

I could give them more than 1 star if they were actually ever open when their sign says they should be. Twice in the last month i've dropped by around 5:30p. Sign says they are open until 6p. Yet the store is locked up, neon "OPEN" sign is turned off, and there's not a soul to be seen. Had a pretty unbelievable interaction with the manager here today. I usually order a 12oz iced oat milk mocha with 4 shots which when I order it I get charged anywhere from $6-7.50 depending on who is working the register. Today I ordered a quad iced espresso with 1 pump of chocolate, 1 pump of vanilla and oat milk on top. My drink came to me at the window and there was like 1/4 inch of room left in the cup and it looked a little dark to my liking so I asked her if she could add a little more. She said "okay we have to charge you" so I said that's fine I would just like to know exactly much more. So she didn't tell me how much more the oat milk itself costs, but she told me how much my drink would be after adding it, which I was told was a whopping $7.95 ( I don't really care to pay for something if I want it but honestly you don't even get charged this much in downtown Seattle). I then asked her why this iced espresso I ordered cost more that my usual iced quad mocha with oat milk and I also mentioned that it seems like every time I visit here the employees are charging me different prices for the same drink...to which she responds "Yeah that's because our baristas have no clue what they are doing, I'm the manager and I know for a fact that that's the correct price. If you came here before and got charged less that's REALLY just good for you." So instead of being apologetic about my being charged different prices, the manager (don't know her name but she has short purple hair) instead decides to blatantly insult her employees in front of me and then blame it on them instead of fixing it while having a snippy attitude because I asked about the prices. I am also a coffee shop manager. This is perfect example of poor customer service and management on her part and she should honestly be ashamed if this is the way she handles customer concerns and also issues within her team of employees. If I were the owner I would be extremely disappointed. read more
