No call back to numerous voice mails and emails asking where they were. Nothing! They left us hanging on a 20x20 tent for a public event. There are no excuses for not communicating if you're going to be 3.5 hours late. Still no call after late. Just guys showing up. Then when they did pick up, it had just rained and they tore up the grass at a wedding venue getting the tent. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable all around. Offered no credit when asked for it. Said discount on next rental- are you kidding me?! No way am I ever renting from them again.

When I first reached out to the company regarding my wedding, I had been discussing back-and-forth how many people we would have. I was advised in order to accommodate the extra people I should get another tent, extra tables and chairs. I had later spoken with the person about paying extra for the tables and chairs to be set up along with the tents and lights. I also requested for them to set up on Thursday instead of on Friday because our rehearsal dinner was on Friday night (they did waive the fee to set up early nicely before the wedding) When they had showed up on Thursday, most of the tables were the wrong shaped tables for the event when I had told the gentleman setting up, they stated told that they were advised that there were some round tables and some rectangle I had told them I spoke with somebody and I had messages showing that it would be all rectangle tables. They then stated they would not be able to bring them until the next day.... When they were setting up some of the correct tables, we had realized there was NO WAY 200 people would fit. We tried calling the office multiple times and reaching out to the people in the office with no response. The following morning as my wedding party and I were trying to get pampered for the big event the person in the office finally returned my phone call and stated there was nothing they could do. I stated to her that in the messages and emails it was clearly stated that it would cover 200 people when in fact it would not. I asked if we could receive an extra tent, and she stated I would have to pay for it. I did not find that to be right as I had previously planned this months in advance, and if I knew it would not accommodate the 200 people I would've found another alternative for a venue. Thankfully as I was on the phone with her, my husband called and told me that the men setting up were able to get us another tent with no charge, I will say over and over again the men setting up everything were absolutely amazing and did everything they could to try to help us, but even they had stated at the time of set up there was no way that 200 people would fit... Unfortunately, the day of the wedding was over 90° and we had multiple people that had to sit in the sun Due to the inconvenience even with the extra tent. I will never ever suggest this company to anyone. On what should've been some of the best couple days of my life turned out to be extremely stressful due to this inconvenience.

I've used them multiple times to rent various items. Be it gardening machinery, BBQs, or Halloween…read moreprops and costumes. They've always worked with me and have been cooperative. I've never had a problem renting, picking up or returning anything. I will say that some of the items that I've rented (mostly costumes) have seen better days, but as they are rentals, what do you expect?

When planning a large party, you heavily rely…read moreon a rental company for their timeliness and to deliver all the correct items you ordered; they delivered! I wasn't quite sure how many items I needed to order so I called to get someone's advice. I spoke with Lynn, and she was kind and gave me the dimensions of the items I was thinking of ordering. We kept in touch via email as I had to go back to the party space and visualize how many tables I needed and what sizes etc. Lynn also provided photos of different options for me to choose from for linen. I ended up going with the classic floor length linen rather than a specialty linen with ties and it worked out perfectly. All of the linens were freshly pressed and they event had an extra one just in case! Juan (I believe) delivered the rented tables, stage, and linen the day of the party. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his and and even showed up a few minutes early! He and his teammate were well organized and set everything up quickly. They both had big smiles and were easy to work with. The party was a 150 person Yelp party and we partnered for a price. The party was a success and I can easily say I am glad that I chose this rental company. All around this company has great customer service and I am going to call them again if I need to rent anything in the future!

I did not look through immediately at the attachment, I figured it was just a receipt. I believe I reviewed the email about a month out and noted there was a contract I needed to sign. No worries though, if you miss it, you will get a reminder email about a week out telling you you need to sign the contract. You will also have a couple of updates if you only paid a deposit vs. paying all at once. While I did not need to cancel, they have a cancellation policy that seems to be very friendly. The guys arrived about 8am the day of my event. I requested 3pm-8pm. So, we got to play on it for a while before our guests arrived. They guys arrived about 7pm for pick-up, however they parked on the road, ready to wait. Since it was only our kids left and we had it for 11hours by this point, we told the guys they can break down if they preferred not to wait. Communication was great, they let us know when they were planning to be out to set up a few days ahead of time. Set up and breakdown was maybe 30-40 min, 15-20 to set up, 15-20 to break down. Very quick and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. Especially when we had access to it for almost 11hours!
