In this location they did not have the children engaged in the activities and were not paying attention to them. We paid a lot of money for the camp but it did not meet our expectations. If you are looking forward to having your child have a good time during camp do not enroll them at this location. They reached out to the parents and said that out of 20 kids, there was a group of 10 kids who not engaged or paying attention. I believe if 50% of the children are not engaged, they need to change the activities to make them more interesting to the children.

If there was a genuine concern, there are much kinder and more respectful ways to communicate it. As parents, I think we should all have a little more patience and understanding with other people's children. Kids are still learning, and comments like that are unnecessary--especially when directed toward a parent who may have difficulty understanding the language.

Initially, we were asked to continue lessons at a Hampton Inn pool, which was both under construction and in unsanitary condition. Despite that, I continued the lessons. My son was then assigned to an instructor with no toddler experience. After raising my concerns, I was promised he would be paired with a more experienced instructor moving forward. Later, I was told my son would be paired with ****, the manager and lead swim trainer. However, when we arrived, my son was pushed aside to accommodate a new client's child and was instead handed off to a novice instructor who arrived 15 minutes late. That session involved no structured lesson--just my son being aimlessly tossed around in the water, without any of the promised instruction or protocol. At the very next session, my son was already in the water when I was told he wasn't even on the schedule. Once again, he was assigned to a random, inexperienced instructor--despite prior assurances of consistent, qualified instruction. Throughout this entire period, British Swim School has continued to collect payments, offers no refunds, and has not taken any meaningful action to resolve the issue. My son has been continually dismissed and underserved, and I've paid for services we clearly have not received. This feels like a complete breach of trust and, at this point, borders on fraud.

I did not threaten this individual, make threats against anyone, or engage in conduct intended to cause harm\. I also dispute any characterization of my shirt or my expression as "slander\." Slander generally concerns a false spoken statement about another person that causes legally cognizable harm; merely wearing a shirt containing an opinion, political statement, or other expression is not automatically slander. More importantly, I am concerned about the broader pattern of what I perceive as interference with my rights. On a prior occasion, I believe a woman interfered with my ability to pray. I now feel that I am being confronted over what I choose to wear and express on my clothing. These incidents have caused me to question whether I am being treated differently because of my religious beliefs, identity, or viewpoint.

When we first enrolled with British Swim School, we were extremely pleased. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and consistent, and our child progressed quickly. We had complete confidence in the program and would have gladly given it a five-star review. Unfortunately, our experience has changed dramatically. The pool where we attended lessons experienced ongoing issues that resulted in most classes being canceled throughout December. While this was frustrating, we understood that it was beyond British Swim School's control. We remained loyal customers because we believed in the program and were very happy with the instructors. Since then, however, there has been an almost complete turnover of instructors. Nearly every time we attend a lesson, there is someone new teaching the class. The consistency that is so critical to learning proper swimming technique has disappeared. Instead of continuing to improve, my child has actually regressed. Skills that had been developed through months of quality instruction have deteriorated because each instructor teaches differently and there has been no continuity. Rather than reinforcing good technique and building on previous lessons, the constant changes have undermined the progress she had already made. What is most disappointing is that I reached out to British Swim School multiple times to discuss these concerns and requested a call from a member of the management team. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Our experience went from a program that I would have enthusiastically recommended to one that I can no longer recommend.
