They recently celebrated a year of being open and I've noticed a difference in consistency with instructors throughout. The facility does well at maintaining cleanliness throughout. Since then, my son has been placed with instructors who clearly lack the proper training or experience--especially in working with toddlers. Initially, we were asked to continue lessons at a Hampton Inn pool, which was both under construction and in unsanitary condition. Despite that, I continued the lessons. My son was then assigned to an instructor with no toddler experience. After raising my concerns, I was promised he would be paired with a more experienced instructor moving forward. Later, I was told my son would be paired with ****, the manager and lead swim trainer. However, when we arrived, my son was pushed aside to accommodate a new client's child and was instead handed off to a novice instructor who arrived 15 minutes late. That session involved no structured lesson--just my son being aimlessly tossed around in the water, without any of the promised instruction or protocol. At the very next session, my son was already in the water when I was told he wasn't even on the schedule. Once again, he was assigned to a random, inexperienced instructor--despite prior assurances of consistent, qualified instruction. Throughout this entire period, British Swim School has continued to collect payments, offers no refunds, and has not taken any meaningful action to resolve the issue. My son has been continually dismissed and underserved, and I've paid for services we clearly have not received. This feels like a complete breach of trust and, at this point, borders on fraud.
