Honestly I wish they had 6 stars. I'm not over exaggerating when I say I have never experienced this type of assistance at a car dealership before. This is my 3rd car since I started driving - I am from California so this is my 1st East Coast car & may I say I love my Kia Sportage (I named him Stewart, of course.) & how I got it is the best part of that. Story time! I am not only impatient but sort of difficult when it comes to wanting things but not wanting to do the work for the them & I'm grateful that Tamir not only puta in work but doesn't respond/get affected by impatient attitude. To make a long story short - Tamir & his colleagues weren't interested in playing me & just having me buy a car for their benefit, I'm fact they were making sure I wasn't playing myself just because I wanted a car so bad. I never experienced such honesty as a car dealership . It felt unreal. Tamir even drove me get my situation settled with the bank and the banker was so shocked that we werent already acquainted and said she never seen anything like that before & snuck me a bonus thinking I must be a great person if people want to go to this event for me (little sis she know I was actually the problem & Tamir was just kind enough to come up with a solution). I settled everything at their dealership. while Ramie was busy with other customers and just running a business he called stayed on hold with me and just made sure I had all I needed. I cant even explain the hospitality I received from him and I believe its his daughter. (They're a family businesses) because it was so unreal. I even had to go back to get my plates and he wasn't their but the assistance that was provided was just the same which tells me it's a family (business) thing & no matter what day or time you go (open hours only ofc) you're going to receive GREAT service. In addition I thought my car broke (Im telling y'all I'm difficult, believe me) & Tamir walked me through what I believed what was going on and asssited me on the phone and I was able to drive off two minutes later realizing that I was doing the push start thing wrong and his response was "any time" Like after buying the car was supposed to be the end of the relationship with the dealership but he wasn't slow to help or even irritated with the fact that I was asking for it. He didn't tell me to call AAA or my insurance he immediately responded with ways to help me out. You guys I can't stress that there will be no dealership that will do all this for you so if you're getting your first car or know someone that is make sure they get it from here so it's a smooth first experience for them. I just bought an Infiniti G35. I was extremely shocked that these people were as helpful as they were. I read some reviews and was very unsure about going. I figured I would just go and if I wasn't happy with the service, I would just leave. Since the minute I walked in till I left I received nothing but the most heartwarming customer service. They were very honest and said every used car will require maintenance going forward, and I was well aware I was not buying a New Car. All the major components in the car were working as they should and as they told me. I took the car for a quick check and tune-up and even my mechanic said I got a great deal. Mary, the girl in finance, took her time with me. Even though I don't have the best of credit, she got me approved and even more important, she treated me like I had perfect credit. I still call and get her advice on things relating to the car, she refers me to people she knows for cosmetics and even they treat me extremely well. I literally never write reviews but in this case I had to. It's not everyday that you get service like the one I received at Bergenfield Auto Mall. I called and spoke with Mary who was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for every single one of my questions. Upon arriving to see the car Tamir really took time with me. He showed me every detail of the car and even let me test drive something similar just to make sure I was making the right decision. The finance manager got me approved right away and even had options set up for me as far as insurance. The experience was seamless and there was no pressure or pushy sales people. I bought the car to say the least and am more than satisfied with my purchase. I work in customer service and sales as well and it's rare to get this type of convenance and service. I did not know about this dealership until I searched Cargurus, and they just happened to have the exact car that my wife and I wanted: a pearl white Buick Enclave with about 100k miles. We made an appointment for a Friday lunchtime test drive. The dealership called that morning to confirm, and we arrived on time and saw the car right away. We were very happy with the car and decided to buy it through the dealer's financing, with about 30% down. The process was very efficient, and there were no surprises. I work with cars all the time. I know the ticks and games dealerships usually play. I am really impressed with the service I was provided at this dealership. I left a deposit on my car and sent my friend in to see it. They didn't show it to him and told him there was a deposit. They had my paperwork ready and printed before I got there and the car was ready for me to drive off. I did most of the deal over the phone after I test drove the car.
