i have been scammed by this dealership along with many other reviewers on google and yelp unfortunately. they sell broken barely driving cars, clear the check engine lights before you buy them, and then they break down right after you drive them away from the dealership. then they actively try to ghost you and try to hide from you when you try to reach them about it and they do this to many people according to online reviews. they've been avoiding me for over a week now and no one's at the office and the owner james hasn't responded to any of my calls or texts to his cell for a week despite my text messages being delivered everyday. i'm opening up a formal complaint with the new jersey department of consumer affairs and coming after their dealer license for defrauding people like this. read more

I bought a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek XV from this dealership, and it has been a nightmare from day one. They assured me the car was in great condition and brushed off my concerns about a loud noise in the back. I drove the vehicle five hours home only to take it to my trusted mechanic--who was horrified at what he found. Both rear wheel bearings were bad. The front ball joints were dangerously loose--my mechanic literally said he wouldn't feel safe driving it across the road. The tires were already worn down to 60%. The A/C didn't even work. This car was absolutely not roadworthy, and selling it in this condition was either a shocking oversight or outright negligence. I reached out to the dealership with my mechanic's findings and a repair bill totaling over $1,600, and was met with silence. I received one message saying "Moe was sick," but after that, no follow-up, no apology, and no accountability. To make matters worse, they didn't even send me the car paperwork for THREE WEEKS. I'm located in Pennsylvania, so I was relying on their integrity and honesty--both of which were clearly lacking. I feel taken advantage of and deeply regret ever trusting this dealership. Actually, James never called me AT ALL during this entire transaction. I found myself always calling him. I was treated professionally and James and Mo took their time to help me find what I wanted. Because of my student loans, getting a decent loan is difficult but somehow James was able to secure one for me with a really good rate. Earlier this week I spoke to a sales guy called Moe. During this time I asked him a few questions regarding an Audi RS3 and this guy was beyond rude. Moe was illiterate and very disrespectful over the phone. He could not answer my questions and it seemed like he was trying to pull a fast one on me. When I told him I was interested he tried to force me to fill a credit and send a deposit. Moe in the real world people are going to do their due diligence and make sure things make sense. To top it off the next following days he was harassing me with calls trying to get me to buy this car. I find this behavior very unprofessional. Moe should not have a job here. I can only imagine the amount of people he has done this to. To anyone reading this do yourself a favor and research this place. I contacted them based on their 5 star reviews but after speaking to Moe I will not be doing any business here. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Bought a car from them over TWO MONTHS ago, and they have yet to supply me with the title, registration, or plates, despite me paying them up front for these services, which they are LEGALLY obligated to complete by the NJDMV. I call everyday, but they lie to me about what they are doing to rectify the situation - every day its the same story...going to call about it, working on, etc. These people are crooks!
