The problem is that I was issued an extra vertebra in my spine, in the lower back. The curve of the spine, in that location, is deeper and my midback tries to keep me balanced anyway. But the upper back and my neck get involved and each becomes a bit out of place to make up for the design quirk right at the base of the whole spine. Surgery is not an option ! It has never been an option. Chiropractic care has been the answer to the stiff muscles and irritated nerves that go with that extra little bone sending mis-alignment up the whole spine. Dr. Nehra's plan of care has exceeded that of all the others which my job transfers have brought me nearby. They were each very good practitioners. But I repeat: he is at the top.
