I have fried and scrambled eggs with no issues. I made caramel sauce and the skillet came clean and looks like new. I just happen to stubble by this place and saw some cookware outside so of course I had to go see what they had. Boy I was not disappointed. Beautiful cookware, every style, multiple surfaced and sooo many kitchen gadgets. This place is my Disney. I purchased my first set of pots, which I'm in love with and a few non-stick fry pan about 4 yrs ago. Recently went back to get an updated version of my fry pan and boy do I love it. Serious SAFETY HAZZARD Berghoff Jumbo Wok, the handle broke off and nearly injured my wife who was about to start cooking. I am now on the 2nd month of complaining to Berghoff and have always been given the brush off until I informed them that I am complaining to the BBB to get a non -brush off response, even after pictures DVD sent and phone statements that the lifetime warranty is stamped on the Wok. No promises to repair, replace or redesign the Wok until treatened with BBB action. Dangerous design no bolts or extra metal to reinforce the simple spot welds on the handle unable to support such a heavy Wok. It should be redesigned or taken off the market!!! I have a full set of Berghoff cooking knives called Cook and Co. These knives were made in Belgium and are excellent. I bought them through a French Canadian site. The handles are balanced so the cutting is precise. Then I bought a Berghoff knife which I considered artificially cheap off another site in the USA. I believe this knife is made in China and a fake. As far as I know Berghoff does not make anything in China. This knife did not have a balanced handle weight wise. read more

I attended the Canjun Cooking Class and must say it was tremendous fun! Ladies looking for a fun afternoon should consider taking their troop into Berghof. The meals we made were simplified with easy ingredients and instructions. Our Chef teacher was a lovely fun lady. The class was attended by several gentlemen who definitely benefited and also had fun, so gentlemen don't shy away. In addition, Berghofs cooking products are first class. Took another cooking lesson - this time Crepes - with Toni Haynes and it was wonderful, as usual. Toni is great at coaching the hands on aspect of the class and everyone gets to participate. This store sells beautiful kitchenware but there's no pressure to buy/use specific cookware during the class. In fact, Toni makes it a point to let you know that you can use stuff you usually have in your home kitchen. Be warned though....the kitchenware and flatware sold here are so beautiful, you'll definitely want it all!!! read more

I purchased a Berghoff stainless steel tea infuser from an on-line vendor. It's a great product for use in Thermoses. After enjoying it for several months, due to carelessness on my own making, I rendered the infuser useless! I contacted Berghoff and they offered to take care of the entire situation for a few dollars shipping!
