Never gave me a straight answer. They did inform me, however, that my four-year plan had just expired. They did ask what I wanted done and that they'd be willing to do it for fee(s)...and said they'd call me back that night...never did. So, they deliver initially...but any follow-up with them, at least in my case, was just not there. I think deep down...it's just about the money...so just be leery of this if you choose to go with them. The problem going back to them now is that the trust is broken.
