I was referred by a realtor that comes here and when I went, I had an amazing experience. Cryo252 is a phenomenal and professional facility that is equipped with amazing staff. Upon entering the first time, I was greeted by both Kenneth and Mike. I was given a tour of the place and I was presented with what I think was accurate information about all the services that they provide. The facility was clean. It's a relaxed environment. After the tour, the very next day I had my first session. My session had three phases. First, it was the compression. Second, massage with mixture of chiropractic then the cold therapy. I spent thousands- I'm so embarrassed and sick! No reply from owner and I called the manager, Laura, but she basically said it's my problem. I had to pay full price, hundreds of dollars, to get it out and it still looks horrible. They were not helpful or caring what so ever!
