I am not sure where to begin, so I guess I will briefly outline the whole experience. Let me start by saying they are great!! Christina (SP?) and Alex who would greet me when I called were always very pleasant, professional, and willing to help me (even at the very last minute before Thanksgiving); going above and beyond by going back and forth with my insurance company for weeks to try and get the authorization approved... all the while keeping me in the loop! I felt that they really had my needs in mind, and I am so thankful this holiday season for this team and how they went so far above and beyond a level of service I had ever previously received. After getting in to the dreaded chair, I was greeted by Amy, who was very nice and equally patient while she was performing my deep cleaning. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even asked me to choose a movie to watch while the deep cleaning was going on. Again, above and beyond any level of service I would have expected. This became even more apparent when I told her that I had a couple of bad experiences in the past with dentists, to which she seemed to be very understanding and made me feel as comfortable as I could have felt. Thank you for all that you did, ma'am! Last, but definitely not least, was Dr. Duc, who came in briefly to ask how I was doing and give me those gum numbing shots before the cleaning began. Although our talk was brief, he seemed very nice, but candidly, the most amazing part to me was how he was able to give me several of those gum numbing shots without me even being able to feel as much as a pinch (again, thank you so much!). From beginning to end, an experience which could have been like pulling teeth (shameless pun, I know) turned out to be quite painless. I am happy to say I have found a dentist that seems to really care about their patients, and showed me that they will go the extra mile to deliver that awesome level of service! I started coming to Berkley Lake Dental about a year ago. My dental insurance had changed and I tried another dentist. I was very unhappy with the new dentist, so I went online and looked at reviews of local dentists. Berkley Lake was not the closest office, but their reviews were superb. I decided to give them a try. I knew I needed a lot of work done, and wanted to be comfortable with the dentist. Berkley Lake Dental has been exceptional. I was very comfortable with the staff and the dentist. They are incredible people, very friendly and helpful. The hygienist and the dentist are very gentle. They spend a lot of time explaining issues and developing a treatment plan. I know my mouth is in great hands. It is also one of the cleanest dental offices I have seen. Oh, and if you need to spend a lot of time there, they have excellent TVs and movies to watch. They put headphones over your ears so you can actually hear the audio. I was impressed with their setup. My husband had not been to the dentist in 10 years. After my good experience with Berkley Lake Dental, I finally managed to get him to make an appointment. He needed 2 root canals and was afraid of what else they would find. He had a lot of anxiety (as many people do) about the dentist. They treated him VERY well and did everything to make him comfortable while he underwent the root canals. It was really a blessing to get this taken care of and move on with better oral care. The staff really shines with people who are nervous about the dentist. Their excellent care has put us both on the right track. read more

I usually don't write reviews often; but I felt that I should after the spectacular experience I received, for the first time at a dentist office. The receptionist got my insurance done in no time, so I didn't really have to wait. Which made my life easier because I had to go back to work right after. Amber, one of the assistants took my x rays without causing me any pain, because it usually hurts when I get them done elsewhere. She did it just in time for Lily, the hygienist to come clean my teeth. The cleaning was probably the most gentlest cleaning I've ever had. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained to me what she was doing before she did it because I was a new patient. After the cleaning, Dr. Huynh gave me an exam and explained to me very well what was going to be needed next. When I left, I had to schedule back for another cleaning, and I was surprised they were able to work with my schedule on the days and times I could only come in, which was very minimal. Overall, the staff was very experienced, the office was very clean, and that was the first experience I had where I wasn't nervous to schedule back for another cleaning. I already referred my sister, she will be there in December. read more

My front tooth was hurt because it was broken when I ate a piece of KFC chicken at lunch and a friend referred me to this practice. I called them and told them about my situation and that I don't want to have a broken tooth like this for the weekend. Although they were busy, the receptionist told me to come in right away to see what the doctor can do. After having an xray taken and the doctor came to exam my tooth, he determined that I need a root canal and a crown. The doctor told me that he is willing to stay late to perform root canal and crown for me if I can wait since he still have other patients. I agreed and the entire staff stay late on Friday to work on me so that I can have a nice smile for this weekend. The whole procedures were painless and the temporary crown looks almost like my other teeth. I can't tell whether it is a temporary crown. I felt very special and I felt that the doctor and his staff deserve to have a good compliment. My family has been with Dr. Huynh for over four years now. My children normally detest going to the dentist, but ever since we switched to Dr. Huynh, I have heard no complaints. They love him and his staff. For one, the office is meticulous and clean. The atmosphere is very inviting. You can watch a movie or listen to music while work is being done on your teeth. Secondly, him and his staff are very thorough in their work. They are very careful in ensuring that the work is done to the best of their ability. What's especially nice is leaving the office pain free. Prior dentists have left my teeth sore, but this is never the case with Dr. Huynh. I also feel that Dr. Huynh is an honest man. If he tells you that you need the work done, it is because he genuinely believes you need it. He has never made a recommendation that wasn't warranted. I trust him and his staff, and I thank him for being an excellent dentist. I would recommend him to ALL my family friends! read more

First of all, I would like to say thank you to the Berkeley Lake Dental team for their well done job on my teeth! Dr.Huynh gave me a smile that I've always dream of. He extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth with no pain at all. He has a special technique to inject the local anesthetic where I didn't feel anything with the needle or pain! And this is coming from someone that have very very low pain threshold, it's a plus plus. :) Also, he did my braces for about 1 year period to fix my over-bite. Having the braces gave me the opportunity to know them better because I visited the office often to get my braces adjusted. I never had to wait long to see the Dr. and their staffs are very friendly & helpful with scheduling (Ioana & Angie). I really like the modern decors and high tech in the office that allows me to watch my favorite movie while seated in the treatment chair. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor is excellent. He did 2 crowns and 1 cavity filling for me the same day. I went back to see him because I had uneven bite after the procedures, he listened to me and took his time to make everything perfect. The best feature is that they do same-day crowns, and the doctor is so skillful in it that the crowns I have done look like natural teeth. It was done so well (plus I have memory problems) that I called them back complaining only 1 crown was done. They were very patient with me and told me to come to the office to have the dentist look at it. But I looked at my teeth again closely in the bright bathroom light to see both crowns. I only gave them 4 stars because I was told that they can't do regular cleaning if the dentist recommends deep cleaning, which my insurance doesn't cover, and I can't afford the extra expense. read more

My 4 year old son had extreme pain in his mouth, and there wasn't anything else I could to do help him. Berkeley Lake Dental found room in their schedule to take him in immediately which I could not find anywhere else. The lead assistant, Neomi, comforted him as soon as we walked in the door. He had been crying for hours, and somehow she got him to calm down.-something that I couldn't seem to do anymore. Dr Huynh was very thorough to find out what the problem was. He's such a sweet man and did everything he could to make sure my son was no longer in pain. The way they dealt with the situation was incredible. A 4 year old boy and a mom on the edge of a total break down. Wow! Now, my son is home happy and pain free, and it's only the next day. We are changing all 5 of our family members to this dentist office after what they did for us. read more

I just got done with my first visit there (just a routine cleaning); The facility was incredibly clean; the hygienist was great at communicating each step of the way; in the direction I was staring for most of the cleaning they had Netflix playing some travel cooking show with subtitles to keep me entertained; and every person I interacted with was incredibly polite and pleasant to speak with (which is great, because generally I am pretty anxious about talking with people). I spent several hours looking for a dentist in the area before landing on this one, and I'm really glad this is where I ended up; I've never made a Yelp review before, but for anyone else in the Peachtree Corners/ Berkeley Lake area I hiiiiiiighly recommend this place. read more

"What a wonderful, family-style dental practice! From the minute you walk in the door, you are treated to a warm welcome and immediately made to feel ease. The staff knows each patient, and recalls key details of prior visits so that one truly feels well cared for. Excellent knowledge of dentistry, and excellent follow-up as well. I was in need of a new dentist. Thanks to Amber I finally found one. Super friendly staff and very clean due to COVID. I wouldn't expect anything more to be honest. The hygienist was very sweet and efficient. Front staff was very knowledgeable when they explained to me the treatment I would need. The location is in norcross, which was a drive for me but definitely worth it. I'll take quality over quantity any day. Just overall a great dental experience than the normal ones. My experiencing in going to Dr. Huynh office has been a wonderful experience for me given that I always been deathly afraid of dentist due to a bad experience. Berkeley lake is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to! The staff are all amazing and nice people. The dental assistant was awesome! The dental hygienist Nancy was phenomenal! Dr. Duc Huynh did also a very good examination with precise recommendations. All the staff that interacted with were very professional and friendly.
