A truly lovely bunch of people work here- they are professional yet personable and seem to really invest in their patients, greeting you by name like an old friend. The dentist is thorough and sweet as can be, and the hygienists do their job well. I've had my fair share of unnecessary pokes and prods from hygienists, but they are quick and relatively painless about it. Wait time usually seems longer than it should be, but then again... I am willing to wait for good service. NOTE: Finding the office suite is about confusing but walk in the building and take an immediate right- it's the nondescript wood door. read more

Called to make an appointment and they told me they would be open on Black Friday for a cleaning. Asked repeatedly over the phone to confirm they really are open and they said yes. Lo and behold I get here and they are closed. I called their number and it's a third party service taking calls so I suspect that was who I spoke to when I made my appointment. Even after I left I got both a text and email from them to confirm the appointment so there is a disconnect between them and their service provider. Waste of time. read more

I went to Norcross Dental Associates for a Wisdom tooth removal and deep cleaning! I enjoyed every visit so far. The hygienist Mrs. Fanny was so informative on my teeth health. Also made may experience very memorable and comfortable! Love her enthusiasm towards providing the ultimate teeth cleaning service. Mr. Bui (DMD) gave me all the knowledge on the process of the wisdom teeth removal and gave me an excellent recommendation of how I should go about getting it done. My wisdom teeth removal was a success and I'm completely healed after only one week. After the response I received from my initial review I felt that I really owe this practice (and specifically Dr. Foltz) a follow up. I was contacted by the office manager regarding what I wrote and as it turns out the dentist who did the crown I had problems with is no longer with the practice. I was able to schedule a follow up consultation with Dr. Foltz and he has done an outstanding job of reaching out and making things right. Unfortunately, there isn't an instant fix for me but Dr Foltz has demonstrated to me that he is committed to seeing it through and for that I am thankful. I would not hesitate to see Dr. Foltz again and I wouldn't have any reservations about recommending him to anyone I know. read more

I loathe going to the dentist. But it'd been an embarrassingly long time since my last visit so I checked my provider list and found the closest one. I got lucky! From the moment you walk in to the time you're rescheduling your follow up appt, Dr. Lemus and her entire staff made the entire experience pleasant. I will just be honest and say that this practice DOES NOT have the patients best interest in mind - they seem to only care about making money. Office staff is poorly trained and lacks customer service skills. My first exam took over an hour and I had to come back a few days later for the actual cleaning due to overlap in scheduling. They wanted to charge me full price for my sons dental service as his claim for cleaning and exam was pending insurance payment - they would not treat him otherwise. I wish I could write this strictly for Poppin Perio, which is the periodontist that visits Norcross Dental each Thursday, but they only rent space from a few dental offices so there's not a review board for just Poppin Perio. If you are a patient at Norcross Dental and you need to see a periodontist for anything, Norcross Dental sets up the appointment with Poppin Perio and you return to Norcross Dental's office to go through the periodontal process. NDA said that Poppin Perio would need me to come in for a consultation first, but wouldn't be able to do any treatment during that consultative visit. Fine. I went for the consultation, paid a high fee for that, and made my appointment to return to my 1st of 2 follow-up treatment visits. My appt was at 9am today, and they texted and emailed me NUMEROUS reminders about my 9am visit prior to today. I confirmed each time. I asked off from work for the appropriate amount of time (based on how long Poppin Perio instructed me to allow), fought rush hour traffic to get there (they're only at Norcross Dental's office once a week so you're limited on appt times), only to wait in the waiting room until 930am. After checking in, no one said a word to me until I got up and told them that I'd allotted a certain amount of time, based on their instructions, for the procedures today and seeing as how we're 30 minutes behind schedule and I haven't even been called to the back yet, there was no way I'd have enough time to have my treatment performed. One woman said "OMG they didn't call you back yet?! I thought he was going to!" and looked at another lady... who shrugged and mumbled something. No idea what went down there, but I definitely will NOT be using their services in the future. As for Norcross Dental Associates, my experience there has been OKAY... Due to turnover, I've seen 3 different dentists during my 2-year experience with NDA, so there hasn't been much continuity for me there. And if they insist on giving me only one option as a periodontal referral (to their periodontist that comes in and rents out space from them each Thursday), that periodontist should offer a MUCH better experience than I experienced today. I'll be seeking a new dental practice. read more

I have been extremely pleased with this dental office from the ease of making appointments to the friendly helpful knowledgeable staff and Doctors. What made me write this review was seeing the review of Dr. Asher as I also had a filling done by her and I thought she did a great job. I have a funny bite and TMJ issues and she was very cautious and asked me many times about the comfort of the bite because she wanted it to be done right. She grind it down a little more til it was absolutely perfect. I wonder if her desire to do things cautiously and accurately came across to the other reviewer as less confident. I would have her or any of the Dr's there do any dental work needed. read more

If I had 4 thumbs, I would give it 4 thumbs up! I've had so much doubt with any dental practice I've ever visited or dealt with. Some have been terrible and others not so educational. It's so important for me to find the perfect place that doesn't look at me like I'm just more money in their bank account. Norcross Dental proved to me that they are worth more than the money I use to get myself on the right track to having a beautiful smile again! I hardly ever take time out for myself.. I'm a mother, a wife, and an employee.. that alone takes up my entire day! But this year I vowed to love myself more and get myself on a better track with my weightloss journey and my appearance... My daughter was seen by Dr. Asher as a new patient and because we were just getting back into town that very morning, we were running late. They were so patient and kind to work her in and still take great care of her and that aching tooth. Dr. Asher was very professional and really sweet with my daughter and gentle with her as a person and not an object with no feelings (we've had that experience before). I have been a patient of Dr. Foltz and I love him and his care for his patients as well and he always call after a procedure to make sure I'm ok and I believe thats what keeps is appts booked!! This review is solely for Dr. Asher. At my first appointment earlier this year the hygienist had to give Dr. Asher instructions on how to do my filling. Needless to say, the filling came out a few days later. Today, I went in hoping I would not get the same dentist, but I did.... I irritated my gums about 4 days ago and the inflammation and pain got worse by the day so I scheduled an appointment. I explained to her in detail that it was my GUMS that were irritated and were getting worse daily. She insisted on taking an x ray of my TOOTH and several minutes later, I finally gave in. The xray showed there was nothing wrong with my tooth. I explained to her that my main concern was if I had an infection and the only answer she gave me at least 6 times was "there is no BIG infection." I told her that I would like to know if there is any infection period and I never got a straight answer. She gave my samples of Sensodyne toothpaste for my GUM pain...SMH. Please verify that you are not seeing Dr. Asher if you are new to the office. read more

I can say that from the moment I walked in with ease of check in and quick service to be seen by Dr. Foltz was great. I was a little nervous but after talking with Dr. Foltz about my concerns he made me feel comfortable and assured me that with a plan we could work towards those goals. They made sure I was comfortable during the exam and explained the process to me so that I would understand what was taking place. Somehow I made it to this office because my old dentist merged his practice with Dr. Foltz. I was not crazy about my old dentist but I had had way worse and I hate looking for new providers especially if I'm only going to see them twice a year. A while back I made an appointment for a cleaning and my regular dentist wasn't there, so I was seen by Dr. Foltz. I can honestly say I have never met a sweeter, more gentle dentist in my life. Needless to say, I have only made appointments with him since then. I feel so blessed to have a dentist like him. The office staff and the hygienists are all super nice and professional. My old dentist is no longer at this location and I'm staying here with Dr. Foltz. Also, every time I get work done by him, he calls to check on me and make sure I'm doing ok. Who does that nowadays?
