As a first-time customer, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I confirmed that the manicure would cost $45, yet I was charged $65 with no upfront disclosure of additional fees. The technician ignored my requests by using the wrong color and reshaping my nails into an almond shape after I explicitly said no. When I expressed that the color wasn't what I wanted, she offered a chrome top coat to "fix" it, but did not tell me it would cost $15 extra. The most concerning part was checkout. I was only informed of the higher price after handing over my card. When I questioned it, they refused to adjust the charge and would not return my card until I completed payment. I was also pressured to tip before getting my card back. This was deceptive and unprofessional. I will not return and recommend others confirm all pricing in writing before starting any service. The salon itself was okay, nothing special. I noticed that they did leave the front door open which let the smell from the BBQ restaurant into salon & the pollen. No music / tvs. Got a mani/pedi which was below average. The man doing my pedicure was multitasking and taking the phone calls and scheduling appointments while trimming my nails. He did not speak to me once until he needed the polish color. Color selections were nice. Both services felt rushed in my opinion and the workers were not welcoming in anyway. Cute on the inside. Nails look ok, but done fairly quickly. I got it done on Saturday evening, Tuesday is here and one mail is cracking. I noticed when I left they were not all shaped uniformly. I normally keep my nails on for 3-4 weeks. So we shall see what happens here. The biggest issue- at least 4 workers were really sick. Coughing very hard. They had basic masks on but it was still alarming. I mean the coughing was REALLY BAD. I feel bad saying this, but even the nail tech apologized after each cough because it was so bad. There is no way I or someone else getting services that day will not be sick. I'll update to let you know. So, if you see this review, I'd hold off on going until what ever they have going on with their employees is remedied. Update- do not go. In less than 2 weeks one nail has fallen off and isn't nail bed is turning green. So bad. Don't go. read more

It was a cute setting and a perfectly fine nail salon, but it is just that. Nothing great, not horrible. I didn't like the pedicure they gave me because it made me feet very rough within a couple days and the gel manicure lasted but there were a few chips after two weeks that I usually don't get when I have a good nail technician. I would try them again but still looking for my go to nail salon. read more

WORST pedicure i have had to date. My husband and i came in on 12/23, i had made appointments. The girk that did his pedi was unable to do his mani. Someone else did accomadate him, BUT all she did was file his nails... Second, the pedi i had recieced. The skin is still rough, the paint is already chipping as well as missed spots on my toes. He left old poslish on. He knicked under my toe nails instead of getting the cuticle. My toes bled from the cuticle tool. And for the 'rub' it was effortless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! For what it cost, it wasnt worth it. Go to Delux in Mullica Hill. Worth every penny and you wont get half assed servies. read more

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago. It wasn't busy, so I didn't wait, but the pedicure and dip set took forever (which I don't necessarily mind if the quality is good) but there aren't any TVs for entertainment or anything so it's pretty boring. I did like my nails and pedicure, but it was really expensive. It was about $110 to remove old acrylic set, apply dip set, and pedicure with gel polish. I called for updated prices since I don't have the old acrylic set, and it's still really expensive. $50 for a gel polish pedicure, & $40 for a dip set. $90 for basically the most basic nails and toes is a lot. Started going to this salon about a year ago since it is close to my work and was able to get a pedicure on my lunch break. I always make an appointment since I am on a time crunch and never had an issue until today. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, they took me back and I waited in the chair for 15 minutes before someone came back and let me know it would be another 10 minute wait. I'm new to this area and decided to give this nail salon a try since I live about five minutes away! My first time there I didn't feel welcomed. I needed my nails done really bad so I stayed to be serviced. My nails turned out just okay! Again, I went back twice trying different nail techs each time. Here I am, my fourth time and this time I decided to make an appointment for 2:00pm thinking things would go a little differently. I sat waiting in the front for 20 minutes and two people who didn't have an appointment were serviced before me!
