I have been coming here for a couple of years for facial waxing, not nails. About a year ago, they changed hands and the service was still good, friendly, and reasonably priced. This time, the person told me that whoever did my brows last time took too much. Duh, it was you. And then they charged me $30 rather than the $22 they charged me last time. Time to look for another place. read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. I went in and there was only one woman there, no customers, no workers just us two so it was super awkward. I never go here but thought I'd give it a try, bad idea. She had absolutely no clue what she was doing, I asked for a gel powder refill, which took her 3 tries to get the right product out because she didn't even know what it was. She didn't even seem like she knew how to use the electric filer. Then, she soaked my nails which is what you're supposed to do for acrylic, didn't use foil at all, was all over the place. So she gets one hand done, and it was so bad. It was chunky and lumpy and uneven, it looked like a 2 year old painted my nails I wish I had a picture. So I asked her to take it off which was another 10 minute discussion because she didn't understand. THEN, left my nails a complete mess. Didn't buff them or even completely take the power off. I waited for my second time coming here to write a review, and it's become my new go to salon. The place is small (3 manicure stations and 4 pedicure chairs). Today I had a regular pedicure with an added 10 minute massage (fantastic add on! It included a hot stone at the end) and eye brow waxing. The salon is tranquil and very relaxing. Their pricing is great and they do quality work with a great color selection. I was the only one in during my services and I felt like royalty. Hands down the best manicure I've ever had. I have been looking for a nail salon in the area while I'm traveling on business. I'm not super comfortable driving around aimlessly when I don't really know where I am going so I was happy to see that H2O is in an area that I'm generally familiar with. To be fair, I did get a little annoyed that I had to wait for 15 minutes with only 1 person getting a pedicure and a free technician. Annie did my nails and her process was t what I was used to. At my home salon, I can get a fill in 30-40 minutes. After 40 minutes, my fill was only about 3/4 finished and I was getting antsy. I fully admit I was wrong. My nails look fantastic -the best they've ever looked. Annie gave me a much needed shoulder massage while I waited for my nails to dry and she also gave me a forearm massage that I didn't think I ever needed (you need this massage, it was amazing). H2O is my nail spot while I'm in town and I will be going back for a pedicure next week! read more

This place is beautiful and quiet. The manicurist is friendly and she did a clean and professional job. I even got a mini back massage while waiting for my nails to dry. I just got a manicure, but they also do pedicures, waxing and I think tanning, as well. read more

I decided to give this place a 2nd try today as my 1st experience here wasn't so great. Well, today was worse. I waited awhile for my pedicure but I was ok with that considering it was a day before a holiday. When it was my turn, the female employee ignored me and went to a lady that had just walked in. Thankfully the the male employee pointed out that I was there first. Both employees then argued over who was going to take care of the other lady as they would yield a larger tip from her since she was having a mani/ pedi. I have never been treated as such a nuisance before in a salon. I will not be back. read more

Nice place, clean and there was not a long wait. Went downhill very quickly. She flat out lied and when she was less then half way done, she admitted she did not know what she was doing. I went in because my nail broke. I have coffin style nails with most of them being my real nail with gel and gel polish. I asked if she knew how to fix it and do a refill and she said yes. As she began, she asked if I wanted them cut, i said no, they are coffin style, just file. She said okay and proceeds to clip my nail. I said no. She says oh okay. As she is filing, the electric filer slips out her hand a few times. I was sure she was going to cut me. She finally got most of the polish off and puts a tip on my one nail. It was so lopsided it look like it was going to fall off. Then she pulls out gel polish and insists it is the same as the gel refill/layer. We went back and forth for a few minutes and finally she says she has the one to brush on, but the polish is easier for her. I insisted on the brush kind, two girls walk in for eyebrows and she begins to rush and says that people dont come in for this product so she doesn't do it often or have a lot of supply. Basically, she didn't know how to do it and the end results showed it. Lopsided nail with a clump of gel on it and she didn't even file it down. She was rushing to finish and gel polish is dripping everywhere. So disappointed! I have been getting my nails done for more than 15 years. Always received compliments on them and even she said the previous person did a nice job. I always stuck to two places and since my normal place was closed, I went with this place because the reviews were good. Bad decision! Maybe for the basic services as she calls them. Wish she would have told me she didn't know how to do it before she filed off all my polish. read more

Kevin was amazing he did a fantastic spa pedi and really enjoy the foot and lower leg massage too. Very disappointed. Have been going to this salon for couple of years . When management changed I continued and was satisfied until today 5/30/2019. Called and made appointment for 1:00, arrived on time and was asked to wait TEN minutes-ok. Afterc15minutes I heard a customer getting a pedicure ask if they could do her nails and knew I was not getting nails done. Even with appointment I was not even being considered. Hope that woman is a good and steady customer because I am no longer going there. read more

I love this place, the owner does the best eyebrows. And you can't go wrong with a mani, pedi or both. It is small, so it is hit or miss if you just want to walk in for your nails, but usually, if it is just eyebrows she can do that. read more

I have been to this salon quite a lot over the last couple of years. I liked that it was in my neighborhood, close and convenient. I go only for a pedicure and usually request the Spa pedicure. Unfortunately, things have gone down hill. The last pedicure was down right painful. The young lady did not speak to me at all and when I told her that it hurt she barely looked up. The way she picks your foot up and puts it down is a little rough. Rather than use words she would do it for you with force. Also during a pedicure you would think that a foot massage would be part of it but nope just used a scrub on my leg and a quick green mask. The hot stones weren't bad but not on my shins.To top it off when my nails were getting polished and other customer came in and the woman told the girl doing my pedi. to go start her, and came over to finish my polish. She started cutting my cuticles again like she didn't like what the other girl had done. When I asked if everything was OK she smiled and nodded yes but I wasn't feeling it. I am saddened that this place has changed and I'm not sure why because it is the same owner and workers. The cost is $45.00 so I expected a little more. read more
