The reason this isn't a 5 star review is unfortunately because of the other stylist, Diane. Probably one of the most unpleasant and unfriendly customer service experiences I've ever had. Diane snapped when I asked if they did walk ins (like it said online) and she started patronizing me about how to work a phone and kept going on and on. She told me she didn't have time to cut my hair and proceeded to sit for quite a while on her phone and giving me dirty looks. Perhaps she was having a bad day but I was genuinely shocked at the experience.

Personally, I had an old tattoo that I wanted to change and fix. At Robert's shop in the No.End I was able to fix a pretty boring and faded tattoo and leave with a beautiful and colorful work of art. The barber didn't ask if I wanted my head shaved or clipped with scissors they just went in the a skin tight buzzer and ask "is this okay?" What am I supposed to say...no put it back on?? Walking through the door you immediately have a sense of relief knowing the great care that your hair is in. At some places I've felt aloof when trying to make conversation and sat in a silent awkward chair has my hair is cut, but not at Kent's!
