I also asked them to fix a tear, clean up a stain, and condition my beloved leather bomber jacket. The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

I couldn't have been more impressed and happy to have met Paris who helped me right away get my clothing needs sorted and a pickup date to match. I thought it was clean, the lady working in the morning was so helpful and kind. I accidently put the dryer coins in the wrong dryer slot which meant I had to use a dryer that was on the bottom. I am unable to reach that far and she completely helped me. Again...it is clean and friendly. The people that gave bad reviews maybe had a bad day starting out!

The laundromat completely ruined them with both the length being shrunk and as a result the texture being ruined on all 4 panels. Their official store receipt explicitly states they will pay "up to 10x the cost of service" for damage, which equals $640. The actual replacement cost for my drapes was less. Despite their own written policy covering this full amount, they refuse to pay the amount to replace. The staff when I went in person said it shouldn't be a problem to get fully refunded. Now after numerous calls over the past few weeks, the manager of the organization will not reach out to me and is using his team to act as the in-between. They also admitted that no one even knows who monitors or accesses their company email inbox, making communication impossible. Because this business does not care about making things right and treating their customers fairly by honoring their written guarantees, I have officially filed formal complaints with the New York State Attorney General's Office and the Division of Consumer Protection. Beware of doing business here if you value your textiles. Please see the before and after photos to make your own judgement.

A friend of mine went there after having used this laundromat many times years ago. She washed and…read moreused 7 dryers. One of the dryers had an ERR message. She called the woman over and she literally punched the machine and it started working. It was set for permanent Press but somehow the dryer got so hot that it literally burned all the clothing to the dryer. See pictures. The woman and the owner were very rude and kept pointing at the sign which was not posted near the dryers. No offer of replacing the very very expensive Christmas gifts that her daughter (age 14) had just received. At the very least they should have offered monetary compensation for the items that were burnt. Very bad customer service.
