I did a review the same week I visited, but unfortunately, it got deleted. I can't recall all the…read moredetails, but I do remember that the games are quite expensive. Parking was also a bit of a hassle - the guy mentioned some issues with parking. My son absolutely loved the car VR game, and the others too. However, it's a bit pricey for our budget. The amount I paid could have easily lasted me 2 hours at Chuckie Cheese (peace!). This place is more suitable for teenagers or adults who want to hang out, rather than young children. It might be a good option for parents with young kids who want to chat while their kids play in the playground. The place is small, but they have some impressive equipment. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice with all these gadgets- I cannot assist my son. 3 stars for the pricey games, 2 for parking and 4 stars for the staff- do the math, I will still recommend for you to try and experience the fancy atmosphere.

Griffith Observatory can get very crowded. Went here twice two years apart as part of an organized…read moretour of LA. We did not have to hike going up and parking was not a problem, again because it was an organized tour (our guide/driver remained in the vehicle and dropped us off and picked us up after). Because I was there for only an hour, I was not able to see shows or the planetarium. Exploring the terrace, you'd see the LA skyline as well as the Hollywood sign. Definitely a must visit if you're in LA.

It is a pretty easy and simple hike up to the observatory. In my opinion, the best time of day to visit is during sunset. This is the time when my husband and I always visit, even though it can get pretty crowded. From the terrace, outside the observatory, you can see beautiful views of the city, the LA skyline, and the Hollywood sign. The views are definitely one of the major reasons why this spot is so popular. The scenic overlook is also great for taking nice photos. There are some public telescopes as well, which are great for looking into the sky and potentially seeing some stars and planets. Aside from the stunning viewpoints, the observatory has some interesting exhibits built around the idea of how humans observe the universe. The Samuel Oschin Planetarium is their highlight and centerpiece. You can experience a blend of science, architecture, skyline views, and cosmic perspectives all in one visit. Admission to the building and exhibits is completely free - no purchase necessary. However, parking is not free. Near the observatory are various paid parking lots and metered parking spots with hourly charges. During peak hours, parking could be a struggle, but it's completely worth it for this spectacular experience. I highly suggest wearing comfortable shoes.

I took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. He is a devoted video game fan so when I saw the…read moreimages of Pixel Rooms I immediately knew he would love its theme. There were 3 gaming rooms in total, one for color lights, one for laser maze and one for the pixel room. All of them were unique and fun in their own way but our favorite was the pixel room. When door first opened for the pixel room our eyes were filled with awe and excitement. The whole room was filled with interactive pixel panel and it even spread onto the wall. I would say just by this room itself already justified the pricing for the whole thing. It would be amazing if there was an option to just enjoy the pixel room since you do require a ton of stamina for playing the lava game here. Overall, an amazing experience coming here. The staff was super friendly and informative on each room's game rules, the decoration are very creative and funny, and each room have their own charm and entertainment. This place is perfect to celebrate any occasion for people who love having fun or just want to relive as a child.

We'd never heard of it, but we were up for an adventure and decided to try it out. I made reservations online through their website where they request a deposit and the balance is due upon checking in to their facility. Ricky was our host and he was great! He was very accommodating and encouraging because, let's face it, we aren't as young and agile as we used to be! I'm so glad I wore comfy clothes because I was SWEATING! Wasn't expecting quite the workout from immersive gaming, but there we were! Ricky had the air conditioning cranking for us and it was very much appreciated! You have to wear grippy socks, which you can either bring your own or purchase a branded pair from Pixel Rooms. Cool little souvenir! You're given 20 minutes in 3 rooms. The first room has 3 different games, which we tried each one. The second room is a laser maze which changes at each level. That was interesting! Wasn't expecting to have to army crawl across the room! The last room is a "floor is lava" challenge and that was exhausting! There was one that was set up as pacers and I thought we were gonna die! The place is GREAT! I think we should come back and bring our kids! Don't hesitate to try this place out!
