You get some classic games as well as some newer ones, and you can earn points so that you can get some good decent prices for a fraction of what you get them for downstairs. I brought my son a few weeks back, and we had an hour of fun here. Loaded up the card with about 60 dollars worth of points, and we had some fun son and dad time. There are self-serve machines where you can purchase and load a game card, as all the games require this card to play. If you already have a card, you can simply reload it with money every time you come back. The games we played ranged from $1-$2 each and we loaded the card with about $25, so we spent a bit of time there. We mostly played Air Hockey and you get a significant amount of time to play per round! Of course, I let my son win most of the time :) The place was very clean and welcoming. Hunter was the attendant on duty while we were there. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, then eventually helped me pick out my Hello Kitty sticker/activity packs when we were done playing. Many of the adults had as much as the kids. The regal package plus some time in the "secret basement" with VR and gaming was a major hit. The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and treats. We were able to use time before to set up and the staff of 7 was very helpful in all of it for the full 4 hours. DJ took our Playlist and was easy to find when we needed announcements. Parking was a little tricky but manageable. The venue is pretty spectacular. 3 floors plus a bonus basement floor (as an add on) made it more than memorable. It was a steep price but it is certainly worth it to do once for a child. Perfect for 30-40 children plus 80-100 adults, depending on the package you with. Unfortunately there is no negotiation on price. Everything is firm but at the end of the day, they are upfront and honest about the cost so just plan, save, and make it count. Highly recommend to try once. It's more than a celebration. Little kids can come too because there's a playground for them for $25, and it includes socks, the playground will be helpful for parents who wants to chitchat while with little ones are occupied. There are plenty of seats and chairs available. We were here around 3 pm, so there weren't many people. I think this would be a great place for a small private party as well.
