Great family atmosphere, clean, good deal for an hours worth of play, $25 to play for the entire day or $15 for an hour.

Wow, this is quite an operation! Whether you want to rent the space out for a party or you need an obscure part for your vintage Discs of Tron environmental cabinet, this place does the job. The staff is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable at repair and restoration of vintage machines--but they also sell new vids and pinballs.

A little while ago I took my MPU from my Fire! Pinball machine to Gene at Vintage Arcade Superstore. He replaced a pre transistor and a TIP 100 transistor for a reasonable price. The only problem was he did it too quickly. While he replaced the components I had free rein of the 100s os arcade games in his warehouse/superstore. I played as many as I could. This place also hosts events/parties, definitely worth considering for my son's next party. Thanks Vintage Arcade Superstore, my Fire! Is back at 100%

Brought step stools for smaller kids

We rented the showroom for two hours to celebrate my husband's birthday. I'm so glad we did. It was SO FUN. We paid a little extra to include the smaller room that was mostly 1970-80s pinball games. Total there were 55 guests. It was worth getting the smaller room so there was an area that was more quiet. We set up a snack table in the entryway and an ice chest for drinks in the small office-like room. The office area was also a good spot for folks to stash cups and personal belongings, and a good spot for a few people to sit and chat. They had maybe 3-4 stools to sit on. We brought step stools for small kids to stand on if games were too high to reach. There's not enough empty space in this place to serve a birthday cake or for people to sit and eat together. But no one cared about that, and it was a great party.

Rented the showroom last Saturday for my son's 9th Birthday party. Everyone had a blast! Both the children and the parents had fun! All arcade machines were free play and there were plenty around so everyone had a chance to play! The only thing I wish was if there would have been more space to set up tables and chairs inside. Apart from the awesome arcades, you can take your own food and drinks when you rent the showroom. Definitely a fun place! The owner was very nice and on the day of the party, his employees were helpful! A+++

The gals having a blast together!

Due to an Uber address mix-up, we ended up at this location by mistake. Upon arriving near closing time, we just asked if we could come in for a drink as we believed this was a bar: After being told it was a private event, I calmly tried to explain our Uber mistake. Instead of handling the situation professionally, a female staff member completely lost her temper. She started screaming at us, talked to us terribly, and physically aggressed us and telling us to go away. Given the unprovoked hostility and the way she treated us, I strongly believe her behavior was racially motivated because we are not from America. She tried to physically attack us. Her actions were so completely out of line and unwarranted that even several guests from the private event came over to apologize to us for her deplorable conduct. No one should ever be subjected to discrimination, verbal abuse, or violence over a simple misunderstanding. I highly advise avoiding this place, customer service, safety, and basic respect are completely nonexistent here. To make matters worse, I didn't even say a word to provoke her, she completely misdirected her anger at us just because of other people standing nearby. Being targeted, screamed at, and pushed when you haven't done or said a single thing is completely unhinged. She literally screamed right in our faces: "Hell no! Get the fuck out of here!"

Downstairs is a speakeasy style bar and the backyard is also a nice spot for an outdoor reception. I've driven by this place numerous times thinking it was just a church. I recently saw that there was a Holiday Market Place being held here so I stopped in to do some shopping. There was a man on the front lawn making pupusas and people sitting at tables enjoying them. Inside is quite spacious and there were several vendors selling their merchandise. The tables were nicely spaced apart, so it was easy to browse. This realty is a nice spot for an event or to use as a shared workspace. *Street parking only.

The breakfast spread was thoughtful & versatile, the decorations were fun, and the secret handshake took my half-awake brain a while to get a hang of (but I finally did it by the time it was almost over). But no more spoilers as this is one place you have to experience if you're a creative soul. The draw for me? I was there to listen to the guest speaker, Justin Halpern, who's most known for his books, "Sh*t My Dad Says", "I Suck At Girls", and "Get Lost". This place was built in the 1960's by the Breakfast Club and given to the city in exchange for holding their meetings there. It is quite spacious with an abundance of parking in their private lot. It is a great location for larger events in that they have a stage and a large industrial kitchen. The downside is that the place needs some work. While I don't mind the 60's vibe, it seems that the city is not maintaining the space. The folding tables are quite worn around the edges and seem to be quite old. The chairs, while not completely uncomfortable, are certainly feeling their age. The kitchen, while quite large, apparently needs work. The large commercial dishwasher has been inoperable for a few years according to a staff member I spoke with, making it difficult for caterers who have to hand wash everything. Why do we pay all of these tax dollars to maintain city owned facilities? The bathrooms were remodeled somewhat recently. Whoever designed the remodel of the men's room should be fired. Who would place the hand dryer in a corner next to a urinal where both cannot be accessed at the same time. That is so odd to me. But overall, I'm happy to see the building being used. There are so few places large enough for big events that also has a large parking lot. I just wish the city took pride in the building, especially since they didn't pay for it. The least they could do is maintain it since they are charging a hefty fee for its usage.
