The owner seemed nice enough and explained the process, telling me to come back the next day around 4:00 pm to pick it up. When I returned the next day at the time he gave me, the store was closed. I called multiple times, but there was no answer and the voicemail box was full. I went back again the following day -- still closed, even though the hours posted online and on the door indicated the store should be open. By chance, another person stopped by while I was there and told me that the owner frequently does not follow his posted hours. At that point I became extremely worried that I had been scammed out of my wedding ring. The stress of thinking I might have lost something so meaningful was awful. Businesses handling valuable and sentimental items like jewelry must operate professionally and reliably. Not being open during posted hours, not answering calls, and having a full voicemail is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
