Although Ensign never admitted to their faults and I had to pay out of pocket for the deductible, the technician at Avenue Auto was very helpful. He tried his best to explain to the service manager at Ensign why the blades were inappropriate even though they would not listen. I just had my car in for repairs and the loaner car was a year old, spotlessly clean Lexus sedan. I rent cars a lot for work, and the loaner cars at B&D are so clean they look like they have been detailed after every use. I get a kick out of the staff calling to remind me to bring my car in the day before and they stage arrivals so that each customer is given the attention they need and deserve when dropping off and picking up their car. Here is an example of the level of customer service they offer. B&D has a short pull in area just off Clark Ave. Clark is a very busy street. Customers drive in and park their cars front first and their lot is a single car length deep just past the sidewalk.. B&D always turns your car and their loaner so that you can drive out front first. This simple act shows consideration, attentive care for customer safety, and sets the tone for your experience.
