Nicole took care of the paperwork and pricing, etc. and Adam measured the window and came back to do the actual repair. I Highly RECOMMEND Crown Glass for fast reliable work. I had glass shatter on my minivan, I needed my van back in a hurry. Some of the other autoglass places who claim to be FAST were NOT fast and either didn't have stock or couldn't get me in to fix my car until Wednesday of the next week. Crown Glass came to my place and in 45 minute of calling them!!!! Not only that, they were finished fixing my car in 2 hours!! In addition, the Adam patiently walked me through how much it was going to cost me and different options to having it fixed. I hope I will never have to have glass replaced in my car again, but if I do, I would definitely use these guys again. My car got a rock chip which caused a large crack starting at the edge of the windshield that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. We called around to other places but they said we can't take it in until next week and would have to leave it for a couple of days to fix. We called Crown Glass and they said we can make an appointment for next day (in the morning) and it should take a couple of hours. That was the fastest turnaround we can get in terms of a quote so we decided to book the appointment. They came to my hthe the car was done a couple of hours like they promised, this is one of the best services we ever gotten). We have extended coverage when we bought car insurance so we only had to pay $200 deductible. It was nice to see a company that values customer service. Crown Glass is extremely quick and efficient. I called because I had my windshield broken, and they came within the day and replaced it for an affordable price. A few months later I accidently broke one of my windows at home. It was a fairly large window with a fairly large break. Again, I looked to Crown Glass and they came the next day and replaced the whole glass very quickly. Cracked car windshield; called them up, gave them the model of my car; the guy said they can do it today or tomorrow. I told him that I was very busy and could not come in. He said no problem we can come to you and replace your windshield at your work!
