INCREDIBLY thorough asking A LOT of questions, she prioritizes ALL of your concerns (and I mean all of them.. from major ones to the smallest) She doesn't provide you with generic answers.. instead, she gives it to you straight. She sends your referrals in while you are in the room with her. Top this off with one of the sweetest and kindest treatment I have had the privilege of experiencing. I have been seeing her for over a year now, along with my husband and our neighbors across the way. She is genuinely fantastic, I have never respected anyone more in the medical field more than her.

I found Dr. Stacey Anderson after a long search to find my go-to doctor. While I could include…read morethings like, receptionists and facilities in my review, I am choosing not to here. Since doctors can choose to move their practice to other places etc., so I'm only referencing her knowledge, skill, and level of care - which by the way is amazing. She super intuitive and caring. Moreover, she understands my health concerns and listens to my questions. Under her care I feel like I am getting back to my best self. Whether its my battle with migraines or a case of the cold, she's always provided great care and knowledgable insights that have allowed me to return to feeling better. Thank you Dr. Anderson!

They keep changing their hours of operation. I would schedule my appointment then get a phone call…read moresaying that the doctor decided not to work after 2 anymore and I was asked to reschedule. Then I scheduled another appointment for several months later and the day before I get a call saying that she's over booked and can't take me anymore and asked me to go in the following day. Extremely poor customer service. I'm definitely going somewhere else.

The NP for EMILY PINEDA is condescending, and it should be noted the walls are thin so YES, we can hear when you go to the next room and talk bad about "US" the patients! I have it on recording and reporting it! They should tell you when making the appt is you need to know EXACT time frames of how long symptoms last and what triggers it. I'm sorry but for someone who has to get up and still function and provide, I sometimes don't not have time to sit and dwell! Which apparently to the NP meant " I don't know anything about my symptoms or what I'm talking about." However, Dr. Pineda then walked in the room and said because "I was there" they would proceed with a blood work panel. WOW! How lucky am I! This place is a JOKE! And they know it, I called to reschedule my follow up appointment and that's when the lady asked "do you plan to return" Even she knows this place is a joke and major RED FLAG as I have never been asked that right away when trying to reschedule an appointment. So I took that as a sign and said actually no I wont be. They instantly deactivated my account and said I had until end of day to get my medical records from the portal, and they WOULD NOT send to my PCP. Luckily, I downloaded them before as the account is now deactivated but still left without an explanation of what these mean or even an apology. Don't waste your time here if your goal is to feel better and have your quality of life back! Because you won't get it!

Of course I followed…read morehim when he came here because of his professionalism and willingness to listen to you and your concerns and doesn't try to rush you out. He genuinely cares about your concerns and your overall health. He is knowledgeable and I know this because it is obvious and I usually do some research on my current situations when I visit him and he has information that reflects what I have studied. It is hard to find good doctors and when you find one like Jakubowski you want to keep him as your doctor. Lastly, the first time I used the patient portal to ask him a question he responded incredibly fast! I was impressed!

Due to having Akylosing Spondylitis (diagnosed by my new rheumatologist) that can never be reversed I will never get my old body back from when I started at her office. She sent me to physical therapy for some time which was going ok but I still wasn't getting much better so she sent me to a CHIROPRACTOR! $70 every week. Chiropractor did nothing absolutely nothing. That's when I decided to leave and see a new rheumatoid doctor and he immediately diagnosed me with Akylosing Spondylitis. Unfortunately Akylosing Spondylitis cannot be reversed so I can't get back the time and pain. Please save yourself the time pain and money.
