It was nice that they send a link to track the technician but I don't think it was working. Good thing Steve called ahead and informed me he was due to arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived along time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad compressor which required about a two order window. Steve was very professional and advised to contact the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty. After contacting the manufacturer it was still under warranty but they require a service technician in their network to come out and diagnosed which would cost $145 and then they would order the parts. So glad JEA's service call was $50. Otherwise, I would have used JEA to continue the repair but it would cost me over $900.

How do you charge me a WHOLE cost for such a horrible service? And then at the end tell me there's nothing you can do.? Not even a coupon !? Disgusting ! Shouldn't be in business if you can't please your customer. So understand when you go to this business you are charged for their effort, NOT for their service.
