Very pleased with my experience here today. I bought a used meter off of my buddy and it ended up breaking on me after about a year of use. Took it here and within 5 minutes I was walking out with a brand new meter. 1. Easy to use, accurate readings that I can rely on. 2. I broke my multi meter and called for service. It was out of warranty. (Duh, I had used it for years. I broke it. Totally my fault. Called service- They said send it in, pay freight to them and they would fix it. Flat rate. I asked: So ... I pay you and you then tell me how much to fix it? No, it gets fixed for flat rate. A few days later, I get a totally new meter. (I sent the leads in with it hoping they would replace my chewed up leads but I got my old chewed up leads back) Not complaining. Love these guys. I accidentally broke my gauges during work. I didn't know that the damage was fixable until I called them and asked. I was planning of driving there and dropping them off but they recommended just shipping it to them since it was going to be easier. I paid for the shipping there BUT they paid for the shipping back which is very convenient. The shipping back already comes with the total. I paid like 15 dollars via UPS and it come there the next day and once they got my gauges they shipped the new ones right away since my problem wasn't fixable. This option was way better then paying $700+ for some new ones. So for everything I paid less then $300 but that's better then paying full price for some new ones. Also the ones they shipped to me are new too. Over all great customer service and I would recommend sending your products here to get them fix or get a replacement then paying full price for some new ones. read more

Fieldpiece is hands down the best company for service technicians! I'm an HVAC/R supermarkets tech and I buy nothing but there brand when it come to tools. My manifold clap holder came off so i brought them in to see if they could fix them. The guy behind the counter was grabbed them and said I'll be right back. Fieldpiece brand instruments for trade are world class quality and reliability for rugged use in the field of repair of hvac systems and backed by their best service department Incase if it gets any hiccups. I had about 8-10 years old amprob / multimeter had little issue to read voltage so I decided to have checked out if there is minor issue to get it fixed to delay buying new one. I took it to Service center in Orange , received beautiful welcome and within few minutes Service technician returned with New one under my surprise and offered me to swap it with old one I had. No any charge whatsoever. Wow. Is there any manufacturer out there do this outstanding service like this? With this kind of support and Service, even if I had pay little more to buy compare to some cheap brand and unreliable products, this brand is well worth of every dollar you spend. Being in HVAC repair business for 35 years, I have tried some cheaper instruments till I realized it's not worth. These guys are not awesome. Called customer service to replace a meter after a couple of calls got them to agree to send me on. It never arrived. Three times. And when I call back to inquire if they received them back.. not the right dept.!!! Ok so I escalate the call to a supervisor that does absolutely nothing for me in two weeks and countless phone calls. She passes me to her supervisor , someone who has nothing to do with customer service operations and he also makes empty promises. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! and the equipment.... POOR!!
