I had an issue with my 5th wheel that needed to be addressed quickly as to upcoming weather would have been a factor. The work I could have done myself, but currently do not time with current obligations. I would have chose someone else, but no one had availability for weeks, one was booked until Feb 2023! For the work done, I can not believe they had one person sit on my trailer for a full 8 hours!!! 4-5 hours. 6 max!!! At a shop rate of $190 I believe I was over charged by $250 I should have paid anywhere from $800 to $1000. Not $1600! About 10 years ago, I was told not to use Inland Valley RV, but I was recommended to go here in a Facebook group. I should have listened to my gut and found someone else. Be warned, you will over pay here. Now I will say this, probably less than going to a dealer, but a mobile tech could have done the work, at a much lower hourly rate too! While I'm not disputing the hourly rate at they have to charge more because of the cost of operating a physical location, I should have waited until I had the time or for another available person. Guess I know now why they were available when others weren't. read more

I was re-packing my bearings to my travel trailer and I needed bearing seals. I took one Hub off to get the numbers off my bearing seals. Remember to always replace your bearing seals every-time to repack your bearings!! I then google the seals and I Didn't realize how hard it was to find the exact same seals which were Dexter seals. The only places I can find them were online but I needed the seals ASAP. I first called giant rv and they told me the parts guy was with a customer so they got my phone number to call me back. I then yelped rv parts and found this place. Richard told me his parts person was out to lunch but he'll gladly look up the part for me. After he did he told me he had plenty of those exact seals!! This place is reasonably priced too. Seals were 6.99. Even Amazon was more expensive! Super friendly people here and clean. They have a large room full of RV supplies. It's like a mini camping world here. Rv parts, Chairs, BBQ stuff etc. I get home with the seal and no joke giant rv finally calls my back. Wow. If I need any more RV parts I'll definitely come here to inland Valley RV where they have my parts in stock and a very reasonably price. read more

So far this place has been absolutely amazing with customer service and also fast! We purchased a brand new RV from Giant RV in November and unfortunately Giant was unable to get us in a timely manner to take care of the needed repairs- so after discussing with Thor I decided to go with Inland Valley RV and get reimbursed by the manufacturer under warranty. Jonathan has been so patient and helpful with us. He took care of most of the repairs in a couple of days and then was so kind to store our RV for us until we pick it up today to take it down the street to Scott to take a look at our chassis lean- and then once Scott is done I will be bringing it back to Inland Valley RV for final repairs etc. I call these people so often to get updates or update them and they have never once seemed annoyed with me or been rude to me or anything at all! I am looking forward to picking up the RV and seeing what they've done so far- and I will update a final review once all the work is complete- but so far five stars for customer service, communication!! Update!! The work they did looks fantastic and they have been so amazing! They went above and beyond to help our family and make it convenient for us- and we had our slideout break on us on the way to where we were going but I called Richard and he was able to get us in today and they will look at it Monday! Great customer service and friendly staff. I only give two stars because they tried to overcharge me for installation of a brake controller. And by overcharge, I mean double the going rate. They wanted to charge me a grand while other places I called around to were around 500. Gouging is not good business practice and they've lost mine as a result. Update: My warranty for my camper sent me back for service. Jonathan stated that my previous issues were due to miscommunication. Either way, they did a great job on my warranty issues and I've added two stars to my previous review as a result. Will be giving them another chance at my business. read more

I called this business to inquire about service for our RV. We had an issue with an error message regarding our jacks. Unfortunately, I had moved the RV with the jacks down and our fear was the jacks were damaged. Inland Valley RV walked me through not only resetting the error message but also making sure the jacks were functioning properly again. Called for a hitch installation and was spoken to in a very rude, stupid and unprofessional manner. Like anybody else who needs to install a hitch you would do your research on your car and what kind of hitch goes with your vehicle and I did and bought one online that was from a big name hitch manufacturer and all I needed was an installer. Is that too much to ask a company that says that they sell and install hitches? The stupid smart ass person who spoke to me got upset because in the Internet is now very simple to find out the hitch your vehicle needs and bluntly refused to service my car. Found a shop that WILL install my hitch and they where 100% helpful. NOT THIS SHOP!!! False Advertisement they refused to install my hitch when they say they install hitches. I talked to Pete, he was super helpful, even explained the current repair situation, but was still able to schedule an inspection and estimate within 2 weeks. I got there with my 40 foot trailer when they were closing. I was greeted by a gentleman named Richard. You know you can't go anywhere without an appointment, but I showed up anyways. He jumped on the forklift moved other trailers around pulled ours in . Break and bearing check, septic pressure line check, front and back AC unit checked, both side out checks and a ton of extras ,brand-new awning. I was looking for a company to do a repair on my boat trailer and found Inland RV on Yelp. I had called several places looking to have the wheel studs replaced and found Inland RV to initially be the cheapest. Upon talking to the first rep over the phone he suggested that since they would be working on the axles I might as well have the trailer serviced. He quoted $375.00 plus any incidental parts (he said on the phone I might need to replace a spring and implied nothing major). I dropped the trailer off the following day and signed for the original $375.00 quote. I also requested a quote to have the jack replaced on my trailer. After leaving the trailer I got a call from another gentleman Richard stating that there were several parts on the trailer that needed repaired and my bill was jumping to over $700.00, $100.00 of which was the added jack replacement. I was a little shocked, but really had no other choice since the trailer was already there and I was limited on time. I agreed to the repair and they stated the trailer would be ready later that day. I dropped in later without a phone call letting me know everything was done. Upon arrival the second gentleman Richard who called me for the repair greeted me and said my trailer was done. He went over the bill and said the jack was out of stock and wanted to know if I wanted to still pay for it. I declined and let him know I would pay when he got the part. He reduced my original bill from $860.00 to $799.00. I asked why he only reduced it $60.00 when he was charging $100.00 for the jack, and he said he took $100.00 off but had to add $40.00 for another part. Again, I just agreed and paid my bill. I left the location and towed my trailer home, once home, I angled my truck like I always do to back it in and the trailer would not engage in reverse. I got out of the truck and noticed someone had removed the reverse lockout key and now my truck and trailer were stuck because I could not go backwards. I called Inland RV and Richard said he would look for the missing piece and call me. After 30 minutes with no call back, I snapped a picture of where the key was removed, left my truck stuck where it was, and borrowed my wife's car and drove back to the shop. I again got Richard and showed him what was missing on the picture I took and showed him it was clearly tampered with and he took me in the service area to look for it. He brought the mechanic over who said he didn't touch it. Someone was clearly lying. First and foremost the trailer would not have been parked where it had been parked without the key being removed unless they forcefully pushed the trailer with the wheels locked. Secondly, they would have never been able to test the master cylinder of the brakes without the key being removed, meaning they charged me for parts that could have never been tested to see if they were bad. I returned to the sales floor with Richard and he agreed with me that the mechanic had just lied. He then said they do not carry the lockout keys and he would call around and locate one for me which he did at another trailer shop (the one I should have gone to in the first place). He told me I could go and pick it up. I was absolutely fuming to say the least. I was not able to go to the other location as it was in the complete opposite direction and it would have taken quite a bit of time in rush hour traffic. I left the location to head home to figure out how to move my truck. On my way home I called Richard and told him how incredibly disappointed I was in the business and he said the owner would call me in the morning. A short time later Richard called me and said the manufacture of the key said you could use a nickel in its place. I was able to use the nickel and get everything out of the street and my truck disconnected. The following day Richard called and left me a message saying he had gotten me another key. I stopped by a few hours later to pick it up and met the owner of the business. He let me know he had gone to my house and looked at my trailer and left the key on my porch. He talked to me for a bit as I expressed my concerns about how the situation was handled. I expressed to him that someone had to be dishonest in this situation and I would have been fine if someone would have just said they removed the key and misplaced it rather than leaving me in the street unable to go in reverse. The owner basically gave me the old line about how a man is only as good as his word. He then asked if I still wanted the jack. I told him I did because I still needed it, he said it was ordered and he would call me once it was in... haven't heard from him yet... found the same jack on Amazon that I need for a lower price with free next day shipping... I guess the owner and his associates are only as good as their word!!! read more

The owner and manager seem to get overwhelmed with just the thought of a average project. I have had multiple trailers that I brought here and received the same response from the owner and manager. I've dealt with many dealerships and independent shops, and none of them have provided the level of Customer Service and Satisfaction as Inland Valley RV. I needed a quick repair on my 2021 Mercedes Sprinter built by Midwest Automotive for the power Captains Chairs Footrests, and they were able to accommodate me immediately and fix the issue correctly (it turned out to be an electrical issue and not a bad electrical motor as we first perceived). Pete and Richard were really pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this shop as a much better alternative to all RV Dealers. I will only be coming here from now on. read more

I had a fridge issue (out of warranty of course) and after some research came across Inland Valley RV. After reading the reviews I called and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I arrived when they opened at 8am and was meet by Jonathan. We went over what was wrong. While I was there I had him add wheel bearing repack & brake check, AC service, water heater service and roof inspection. They were able to complete all the repairs and service in one day and I picked up the rig at 5 pm. Their prices are inline and somewhat cheaper than I was quoted at the dealer. Since I was missing some parts to properly tow the trailer, I was referred to Inland Valley RV by Mountain View Auto and Tire. Upon arriving at Inland, I was informed that they had no service on Saturday, and they quickly referred me to Arrow Trailer Supply in Ontario. We spoke with that other RV place that starts with "Camping" and was discouraged at their price to fix a rotted spot in our Class C. Inland Valley really hooked us up and even had the insurance guys kick in! I was amazed. We then asked them to fix a bunch of little issues. They took care of these and then made minor fixes and repairs that we didn't mention. Things like greasing the step, replacing missing screws and the like. We will never go anywhere else. I called these guys and they were able to get me in right away, which was nice. I told Jonathan that I wanted a new carburetor installed on my Onan 4000 generator. My coach is a 2017 Minnie Winnie and have an extended warranty on it, which says it covers the generator. He calls me back quoting $850 to diagnose and replace and tune the carburetor. What happened to my warranty? And, I didn't want a diagnosis, I knew it needed a carburetor. He said carburetors are not covered. Anyway, Onan Carburetors are at the high side $350. It was going to be $500 in labor. Insane. I called around and found a very experienced guy who said, it only takes an hour to do and his labor was only $80. So, I told Jonathan that I couldn't afford that for a repair. (Which I couldn't. That was 1/3 of the money I was going to use for fuel to go cross country to see my dying Father) He said it was $149 for the diagnosis and they would put it all back together. I just think it's a little shady how it was done. I paid $149 and got nothing. I told him I wanted a carburetor replaced, but not for $850 Their prices seemed high on other things inside the shop too. I would not recommend them. read more

i had my sprinter generator removed by these clowns.Given a price of 670. I brought it on on my appt and it was postponed 3 days. Picked it up after paying 1000 dollars and some of the work was not done as requested. Brought it back the next day and waited almost 2 hours to remover 4 bolts .A day later i have desial fue running down my driveway i climb under the van and see they put a wood screw in the line to cut the fuel flow no hose even . this is the most mickey mouse place i have ever been to . major expensive for mickey mouse work read more

I am going start this review by saying I'm am very disappointed with this business. I have been here many times in the past and the customer service just gets worse and worse. I went in today to buy some generator parts that I needed today. If I could have waited I would have and bought them for the normal price. The markup here is outrageous. 40% markup on an air filter. That's not even my largest complaint. The customer service here is lacking so bad. I asked for some assistance and the gentleman behind the counter acted like I completely interrupted him. Then ask a chemical question and he points to the bottle and says read the back. What kind of help is that. I hope the owner reads this and makes some changes. It's sad that customers are treated like this. Now I understand why there parking lot is always empty. Best advice I can give is only shop there if you want to empty your wallet and be treated like your a burden to them. read more

Was having problems with the cables on my black and gray tanks so I called around and was very surprised when I could make an appointment with Inland Valley RV in just a couple of days (no one else could see me in under three weeks). Very disappointed. Called today because we installed a king digital antenna jack on our 2008 MH. When we got to the electronic part, we decided to consult a professional. Dropped it off today asking for that to be completed an for an estimate on other up grades. Needless to say, got a call saying they couldn't do it, a wire must be disconnected ( ok. Fix it and find it then). Needed to come pick it up. Couldn't drop everything to be there at 5 to pick it up. Husband paid $150 Over the phone. Picked up MH at 5:20, keys were left in ignition. And the inside roof handle, power area was not re installed as we originally had it. All they had to do was finish the power end of this project in the rats nest of splitters and cables.
