They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. We have some old oak trees that needed some pruning and fertilizer and called Bartlett based on a…read morerecommendation from a friend. They are arborists and will take a look at your trees and make recommendations. They are not landscapers that will cut down healthy trees to make money. Victor came over to take a look at our trees and answered all of our questions and recommended pruning a twin oak and attaching a cable to stabilize the tree since they could split at the base. He also recommended fertilizing another huge oak tree but didn't recommend pruning at this time. We met in October and the pruning took place in December which is the correct time for oaks when they are dormant. If a company prunes an oak in the summer beware they don't care about the health of your trees. Mike and the crew did a terrific job pruning all of the dead branches and leaving all the healthy branches and attaching the wire. They were very professional and did an excellent cleanup. I highly recommend this company if you need some work on your trees. They don't charge to view your property and will give you a detailed estimate and the type of work they recommend.
