The mocha was made very quickly and tasted good. I definitely notice what other reviewers mentioned... there is a very obvious "burnt" taste that the espresso has. It wasn't inedible by any means, just different and stronger than your typical coffee shop. The breakfast burrito was also strange to say the least. I didn't take any pictures of it, but the "scrambled egg" inside was literally just cubed (!!!) microwaved egg, honestly not even sure if it was real egg. The other ingredients were fine, but the egg was extremely off putting and not at all what I had expected. Some of their other food options looked good here but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Even with it being busy the owner came by to talk about the review and share a little about their business. They do evening events, private dinners. They also host guest chefs. He then asked what my regular drink was. I shared it was a cappuccino, and I do try some syrups, but don't like things that are too sweet. He then suggested a smoked chestnut cappuccino- I was in. It was a very good light meal. The gentleman who made the sandwich - the same guy who made the cappuccino - asked me by name how everything was. I can't remember my own name most days so the attention to detail was seriously impressive. After noting all the attention to detail I started looking up the owners info. Wasn't on their Instagram (which I did follow) but was buried somewhere on their website. The gentleman is Aaron, a trained chef who worked around the U.S. and France. For the drinks, I ordered a matcha latte with soy milk. I wish the worker had brought up that it was extra for the soy as I paid over $5 for the smaller size! Regardless, it was a good drink with good matcha flavor, paired with the soy milk. My coworker got the Cubano which is something I haven't seen anywhere before! He had it down in Cuba where it is an espresso mixed with an equal parts of a sweetener. You can get both your caffeine and sugar rush all in one go. I have had their charcuterie offerings during events and happy hours which seem to be made with quality ingredients.
