It's almost like all you guys got on their case for too much salt, so they removed it from the recipe. lol I also had the adult fried cheese. They were just OK. The dipping sauce was fantastic. I'm not sure why they didn't use that sauce in the DeMarco Pizza. If they did, they did not use nearly enough. I think what I did not like about the fried cheese was that...in my head, I expected something similar to mozzarella sticks with flavorful breading. There was no breading to this...it was like a crisp, if that makes sense. It changed the dynamic. Less of a cheese stick, more of a wonton or empanada. I also love trying new things, so I had the blackberry vinegar drink. I don't know why I thought it sounded good, but it was written in fun, colorful purple chalk as if it was a great thing I needed to try....aaaahhh...marketing mind games strikes again.
