These guys are complete idiots. I had my auto pay on a debit card, which most people with an 8th grade education, would realize, expires and renews automatically. These jerk wads did not understand that and cancelled my policy for non-payment even after I gave them the updated card payment information, which they acknowledged and thanked me for. This was a tiny little policy and premium which I replaced in minutes for the same coverage and at about 60% of the price with a reputable insurer. My family has been in the insurance business for a combined period of over 75 years. If my father were alive today and witnessed this incompetence within his agency, he would have cleared the entire dirty house of the incompetent individuals who can not perform their basic functions. My advice is that if you have more sophisticated insurance needs, (which I doubt this firm handles), you certainly would want to look elsewhwere. read more
