It was around 25 years old and it was leaking in multiple places. I had a quote within 2 days. Was on the schedule within 5 weeks. And the work was completed in a day. Full removal of the old roof, repairs to the leaking parts of the house, and the new roof installed. I couldn't get a solid count but it seemed like 15 workers. 12 on the roof and 3 folks managing the everything not on the roof. Started at 8am and done by 6pm. It was a thing of beauty. No leftover messes anywhere. The valley's were braided together in a way to prevent water from gathering. Much better than the way they were initially laid. The project did extend 2 days more than they anticipated, but they let us know ahead of time and had valid reasons to extend the project. The windows came out excellent, and the team did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They also checked our siding for possible water damage and covered up the windows extremely well with weathering material. It was refreshing to work with contractors who answered all your questions and responded in a timely manner. (My wife and I ask LOTS of questions.)
