The project did extend 2 days more than they anticipated, but they let us know ahead of time and had valid reasons to extend the project. The windows came out excellent, and the team did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They also checked our siding for possible water damage and covered up the windows extremely well with weathering material. It was refreshing to work with contractors who answered all your questions and responded in a timely manner. (My wife and I ask LOTS of questions.) In addition to all of this, they stood out for having a 10-year warranty on their labor (versus 1-2 years that many other companies offer). We would consider them again for any future work.

With my metal roof, it was often too dangerous for them to do the work so... this resulted in the company having to come out for roof cleaning approximately 10 times in order to finish the roof. Given those circumstances, I'm not super pleased with how they went about doing this and the results (most important to me). About half of the time when one of their company representatives came over to the house, they would just get onto the roof without first announcing their arrival. Only twice did they ever give me notice ahead of time that they would be coming over. One time they said they'd come over in a specific time window and didn't show up at all. This is simply a lack of professionalism and organization. And finally, the final results were lackluster. I hired and paid them to clean gutters and clean the roof. The result was a sweeping of debris off the roof (not what I would call "clean"), leaving behind plenty of residue that will encourage items to stick onto roof in the future. I had to ask the company a couple times to come and remove all of the debris from our lawn that they had swept off the roof and removed from the gutters. Luckily they did remove the debris within about 5 days and didn't end up killing my grass. Again, not signs of professionals who are organized and lacking pride in their work. On a more positive note, the lead quote and billing person, was very respectful and fairly easy to communicate with. In summary, I think that with a few tweaks in organization, communication (scheduling visits) and taking pride in their work, this could be a fantastic company. Until that happens, I wouldn't recommend this company and I wouldn't hire them again.

He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. His quote was straight forward (no confusing options or upsells) and his team delivered what was expected. They started and finished the job on schedule. They did a great job keeping the work site clean at the end of every day and after final cleanup it was difficult to tell they had even been there. I decided to Hire IBEX Roof! The Reviews, BBB and how they walk you through everything. Very transparent, more expensive than most. But you get what you pay for. They use one Specific shingle, unless an HOA requires it. I will definitely use them for any maintenance and recommend them to my friends and family.

I'm not an easy customer, but they answered all my questions and didn't blink when I asked them to remove two skylights and replace several plywood sheets that didn't HAVE to be replaced (for a nominal fee). Fast forward to a week ago, and the furnace exhaust cap just blew off. It was original to the 28 y/o house and not included in the roof replacement. I called two contractors because I was afraid to do it myself (it's a high pitched roof). IBEX quoted a lower price and replaced it the next day. They took photos to show me exactly how it was installed. I couldn't be happier and I'm glad they were able to complete the job right away at a fair price.
