So happy to eat a great smoothie bowl while also supporting a Palestinian-owned business. I've seen so many videos on Berry Much, and I finally got a chance to try it! I got the Blue Majik to share with my boyfriend and our friend got the Hagrid's Dragon. The quality was phenomenal and they don't skimp out on the smoothie portion in comparison to the toppings. Overall it was evenly distributed and made for delicious bowl! This is one of the greater smoothie bowls I've had and it was made quickly. The worker was quick and efficient in making it. Although, the inside is quite small it is quite good for a to-go if you're around the area taking a walk. read more

Super generous portion! The bowl overall was okay! The açaí didn't really have any flavor to it, and the foods were all a bit sour. It was a good healthy breakfast option, but I've had better açaí bowls. + If you are allergic to any fruits, they don't do replacements, nor will they be willing to exclude the fruit you're allergic to from your bowl. The staff helping us recommended we just choose another bowl without that specific fruit. It was kinda hard because most of the bowls had the same fruits in them so that limited our choice to one-- the bowl we ended up getting. read more

This might actually be the new best spot in Seattle. I've eaten my fair number of acai bowls having grown up in Hawaii, and berry much exceeds all expectations. 100% real organic fruit. 0 added water. And the prices are only $11 for an insanely stacked bowl. Not only is it delicious and healthy, it's also so cute. They make the cutest acai "ice cubes" to top the bowls with in the shape of unicorns, mermaid tails, hearts, stars, and more. Perfect for your Instagram story or for your unicorn loving child. The owner is so friendly and is passionate about his dedication to healthy, organic fruit. The space is super clean and a great location near Greenlake. So refreshing and delicious! The açai bowls were very filling and recommend trying different flavors and sharing. The service was excellent and they have great recommendations. They also explain that it has no added food coloring. I like the Matcha açai bowl, the flavor was subtle, but it paired well with the different fruits and elements. This place was a really nice treat! They had all sorts of options and I loved how everything was organic and dairy free! The Haku was sooo yummy and super thick, which is what I look for in a smoothie. The inside is really small, not a place you'd sit and eat, but you can take it to go around the area. I was craving a smoothie bowl and found this place nearby! I got the Blue Majik bowl and it's probably the best smoothie bowl I've had. Not too sweet and packed with fruit and toppings. One thing I noticed is that the ingredient description isn't accurate to what is given because there wasn't coconut cream topping or hemp seeds on mine. I didn't mind it but just something to note! Excellent service , great taste, great price and variety of choices :) !! I tried the blue majik bowl, with a bit of the dragonfruit one. Unlike the typical açai bowl, this one has much more flavour and toppings which is much more refreshing and satisfying . There's many choice on the menu which makes me indecisive. I had the Blue Majik and let me tell you, it was so good and delicious. Not too sweet and not bland. Honestly if you are craving for dessert, this will satisfy you. I have had other açaí bowls, and they were overly sweet and gave me a headache. This one was perfect in terms of variety of fresh ingredients and texture. The owner was very warm and welcoming. Kids and I were excited to check out this cute local spot that popped up not too long ago across from Roosevelt High School. The menu is fun, with fresh juice, wellness shots, smoothie bowls, smoothies and energy drinks, all with really interesting organic fruit combos, plant based extras like coconut whipped cream and interesting healthy boosts like bee pollen and spirulina. The Unicorn Kiss smoothie bowl we got was packed with fruit, granola, chia pudding, and all sorts of creative extras. It was a true treat and big enough for my daughter and I to share. My other daughter's bahama smoothie included a berry sauce swirled into the tropical fruit smoothie - so nice! The owner was very friendly - this is a local spot, not a franchise, and he offers punch cards and discounts for Roosevelt students and staff. I ordered the Unicorn and Blue Majik bowls. I think I prefer the tropical flavors in the Blue Majik bowl, but both were good. Their Vietnamese does coffee tends to run on the sweeter side so I always opt for less sweet. Their matcha is decent. Not as strong and can be a little chalky in my option but gets the job done. The coffee is where they definitly shine. Over the past few months I do feel that the quality of their drinks have been inconsistent. Drinks either have too much/too little ice or are very milky. They will remake your drink if you're not satisfied with it which is a positive. Staff is always friendly and I love that the space is clean and has tall ceilings. It does get pretty loud in there so I wouldn't recommend doing your work or study at the cafe but I do see many people doing it.

Located in the University District, Cafe Happy is situated off the Ave, so it's away from all the noise. This is my new favorite place to do work and edit content because there's plenty of seating (and different kinds too), many nearby outlets to charge your devices, free Wi-Fi, and board games if that's your thing. Temperature inside is nicely regulated. Lighting is sufficient. And there's a neon 'this is my happy place' sign that will brighten your mood. As for the boba, I've gotten their matcha, taro, regular milk tea, and Lil Lychee Iced Tea - all were solid. The chewiness of the tapioca was also consistent each and every time. For my customizations, which is usually medium ice and 50% sweetness, they come through each and every time. Also, I will point out that service is ninja-speed QUICK. You can order either at their kiosk up front, or through DoorDash or Uber Eats, and they are no cap super fast...! Does this place serve the best boba? No, which is why my rating is 4 stars instead of 5. But that's ok. Leave that for the Chicha Sanchens, TP Teas, and Xing Fu Tangs. Everything else about here slaps!

I've been coming here for a few years now and then I left the city but whenever I do come back, I make sure to make a pit stop here. Why? Work is right next door to it. So that helps. But also, I feel like the veggies and fruits here are fresh, crisp, and tastier than other places. However... I do feel like prices are a bit higher than last time I was here a couple of months ago. They have parking in the back. It's small and getting in and out alive is a miracle each time. But it exist. If you elect to park on the street, parking enforcement is out everywhere and so be weary. I like their hot bar and salad bar. Always a rotation of items that keeps it busy interesting over time. What I don't think they are good for is snacks. Sometimes I just want something simple and not healthy and this place ain't it. I think this place is better for medium size shops.

There is seating indoors, but the tables can fill up quickly. Some people were wfh, but most were chatting. There is 1 hr complimentary WiFi. Typical Seattle street parking. It turned out to be one of the best cups of chowder I've ever had--rich, flavorful, and loaded with crab. I sat at the bar, where Joyce took great care of me. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made an otherwise difficult day a little easier. Great service can make a real difference, and she absolutely delivered. Salty's isn't the cheapest dining option at SEA, but between the quality of the food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the outstanding service, I think it's well worth it. If you're looking for a great meal before your flight, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

The chowder alone isn't enough to carry a $60+ meal. Would I come back? Maybe for a cup of chowder at the bar. Not for the full experience.

Came in on a Friday night and learned that Old Stove Brewing gets busy for a reason! The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!
