Hand for size reference but the white rabbit cake with the cutest wrapping
    Anjelica C.

Food - so many options! tons of drinks and desserts. my highlight is the white rabbit candy cake. because its the perfect amount of sweet, which is not too sweet. ultimate asian dessert compliment. its a basic white sponge cake with a light cream and a coconut jello center. def keep refrigerated for the best texture. Service - friendly & helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance - seems like a lot of people come here and hang for a long time. which is nice. good to have spots that feel cozy. good amount of students given the location. lots of indoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Their reward program is good, easy to earn points and lets you redeem discounts pretty quickly. You can redeem discounts from $1 to $5. Their milk tea and boba is very good and consistent each time. The bubble waffle is just okay, sometimes it's crispy and other times are not. The chicken sausage is very good though! And not expensive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's spacious inside and good place to hang out or work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Happened to go to Timeless Tea for a thirst quencher. Little did we know of how good this place is. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I saw 6 employees between the kitchen and the front desk. They are super friendly and answered all of our questions. Check out their collection of desserts like mochi, egg yolk pastries, crepe cakes, chocolate and cheesecake mousse, as well as bubble milk tea and shaved ice. We ordered the red bean milk tea and it hit the sweet spot. We also got the mango pomello which felt more like a shake with sago, mangoes, pomello in a mango shake. We got it with half the sugar. Folks, you will not be disappointed with any of the choices. I saw a customer purchase a mille crepe cake which looked so colorful. I will definitely be back for more!

I've found myself coming here more and more recently, and it's time to bump it up to a full 4 stars. After trying more drinks I've determined fruit teas are their strength, so I'd recommend checking out that part of the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It continues to be a great place for remote work as well![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My friend and I had a day where we tried a variety of treats and filmed our reviews on the strawberry snow mochi--wasn't anything special and a little overpriced for just one mochi, caramel pudding--solid creme brûlée type dessert, oreo crepe cake--fun texture would definitely get again, chocolate dog mousse--cute and very detailed... fun to try for the aesthetics lol, and the Thai and taro boba--overall good flavors and boba texture. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's also nice and spacious in there and never too busy inside[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Definitely a reliable place for boba and sometimes a sweet treat!

I am so in love with timeless tea. I am not a big boba tea fan, so I wasn't expecting much when my girlfriend brought me here, but man o man was it turbo yums. The milk cream strawberry drink tasted like a strawberry smoothie without the ice. It was so good that we came here twice on our 3 day trip to Seattle. We also tried the chocolate mousse bulldog cake for fun. The flavor was rather mild, but one would only order it for the novelty anyway. Service was quick and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are plenty of tables and seating for those who want to hangout.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking is no issue either.

Note: Straight straws may be useless on plastic sealed cups. Timeless Tea is located on the edge of University District, and one of the best parts is that there is easy parking! I had their original milk tea (25% sugar, less ice), and it easily ranks at the top for me. I especially liked that their milk tea was not strongly tea or strongly milk. It was just the perfect texture, not too watery but not too creamy. The only con is that their regular straws are not sharp enough to be useful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is well decorated with Chinese artwork and wooden furniture . Colors were light and relaxing, and it's no surprise that hours pass in their comfortable seating arrangements[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their music was also a good balance of Cantonese and Mandarin tracks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordering was also convenient at their self-service kiosk!

Stopped by here because the molten boba cake looked so delicious. It was light, fluffy, the bobas were chewy and warm but the crepe was a bit too salty and almost tasted savory. I tasted like they used salted butter and it came out too salty. We also got the black sugar boba and the mango yogurt. The black sugar boba was pretty good and not too sweet. I got the mango yogurt with 0 sugar and loved that option. Iv never seen a boba spot with sugar free alternatives. It's usually just less sugar added. The wait was about 15 min, probably because they needed to make the boba cake. Will be coming back to try more stuff on the menu! TIP: parking lot! Plenty of parking and they have sugar free alternative options. You can also order via self serve which is what we did. Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 4/5

(3.5) went late with my roomies, and got a mix of thoughts, mango sago and mochi was good. But the avocado wasn't as good, and I thought the mango passion fruit tea was alright. Nothing crazy. Didn't get service this time cause we ordered on kiosks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is big with lots of table to hangout.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Lovely layers of Taro Mille Crepe Cake

There are a lot of tea/boba places around this area but this was our favorite. They have their own parking lot which is nice as others are all street parking. They have two locked bathrooms so ask the staff for the code. Their crape cake was really fun and it wasn't overly sweet despite all the layers of cream. Mango Sago is really good if you like mango drinks. It was recommended by a friend who is a local and it definitely was worth it. The taro milk tea on the other hand is the powder type so you get that fake taro flavor and not the real kind so if you don't mind the powdery taro flavor, it is fine. Even with half sweetness it was still pretty sweet. The Cream Cheese Grape drink though, that was surprisingly really good. You can taste the real grapes blended in the drink and the clear popping boba at the bottom was fun. They have a large seating area so it would be good for an after meal group get-together area.

Dairy-free drinks are clearly marked on the menu, which makes it so easy to find vegan options. Unfortunately none of the adorable desserts are vegan. I got the matcha red bean drink, which was good and what I expected it to be. My friend ordered the Purple Rice drink and added popping bobas as a topping. The popping bobas themselves were good, but we didn't realize the drink already had actual rice in it, so the textures just did not work well together at all. Wouldn't fault the restaurant though as we added it on. She lives nearby and said she would back again. The mascot of the cafe is an adorable little cat that's on the packaging. There are several tables, so there's lots of space to work or study here. There is wifi, though I didn't test to see how well it worked with my laptop. You can order via a kiosk or with a cashier.

It's my first time visiting this place. The service was great. They have lots of cute cakes. Pricing is actually very affordable. They even let me tried Four Season Milk Tea which was yummy. I got the milk cream four seasons milk tea along with a white rabbit cake roll with my friend. The milk tea is awesome and has great, balanced taste! The white rabbit cake was a lot for even two people to eat, though it wasn't too light nor too strong on flavoring, and I could taste the white rabbit flavoring in it. The inside had some sort of cheese or cream inside that definitely made it feel like a Swiss roll.

Hi, I want to ask how can I get the birthday cake ? I need to order in store or on the fone!?

When I asked them, they told me that I can just get it in the store. But I still ordered on the phone In advance just in case they don't have it. It's the safest way to make sure you will have the cake 👍

It's more like a little dessert stand located on the restaurant's patio area, with only a few outdoor tables available. The soft serve was okay, but not as creamy as I was hoping for, and it melted pretty quickly. If you decide to add a syrup flavor, I'd recommend asking for only a small amount. Mine came absolutely drowning in syrup, and honestly, the flavor tasted pretty artificial and overpowering.

The matcha tiramisu was the best I've had, and the hojicha latte with oat milk was just right. The flavor was nice and strong without being overpowering. Everything I had here truly stood out! I liked the variety on the menu and all of the different options. - it's extensive and you could find anything for everyone. It's one of the more memorable matcha spots I've been to, and I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm in Seattle. If you love matcha like I do, definitely add this place to your list. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Thankfully they are open today on the Fourth of July (they will just close a little earlier for the holiday), and I was happy to see that not much has changed since my last visit. Without even realizing it, I ended up ordering the exact same drink I got the first time: a Matcha Float with mochi. I guess you really can't go wrong with it because it's still just as creamy and satisfying as I remembered. The only tiny downside is that it only comes with three small mochi balls, so for almost $9 I wish there were a few more. However, the quality of the matcha is consistently excellent, sooo I don't regret coming back. They have wonderful customer service too! The employee helping me at the register was incredibly patient while I stood there trying to decide what to order. As an awkward introvert, I always feel a little flustered when ordering, but she never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She asked my sweetness preference for the Matcha Float, whether I wanted to dine in or take everything to go, and even carefully packed up my yuzu green tea packet with the rest of my order. She was very kind and thoughtful so just wanna say I really appreciate how welcoming she was. Even from my last Seattle visit two years ago, I still remember the employees being helpful and friendly here. I also have to recommend their desserts from my previous visit. (I skipped the sweets this time due to my budget but I still suggest picking up some of their sweets!). The Matcha Basque Cheesecake and the Matcha Tiramisu were both absolutely delicious, and I still remember how amazing they tasted even two years later. The tiramisu is only around $7 and is definitely worth trying if you're a matcha lover. This visit, I picked up their yuzu green tea packet to take home (last time, I got the hojicha). Each packet contains 15 individual tea bags and costs about $10 (not bad for how much tea is in each tea bag). They also sell matcha powder and other tea goodies. I'm looking forward to brewing the yuzu green tea at home since a good cup of hot tea is always comforting, especially when I'm sick (I've been recovering from a cold so tea has been a lifesaver to warm me up!). I actually stopped by for lunch since I didn't eat breakfast, and ordered the Sukiyaki Don (it was much more satisfying than I expected). I was craving a beef bowl and Nana's was one of the few places in the area within walking distance from my work, that was actually open for the holiday today, lucky me! It came with miso soup and a soft-boiled egg, and I was pleasantly surprised to find tofu and mushrooms in the bowl alongside the beef. It left me FULL, my tummy happy, heck yeah. Costs almost $20 but worth satisfying a craving. I won't lie.. I somehow managed to spend about $40 today between my meal, drink, and tea to take home. More than I intended to spend but no regrets, because everything was delicious and the quality has remained consistently high over the years. The only thing that made my visit a little uncomfortable wasn't the café itself. There were quite a few homeless individuals lingering around the front of the building, so I decided against dining out front like I had originally planned since I wanted to enjoy the nice weather, but one of them was panhandling me so I promptly left (thankfully I asked for my order to be packaged for takeout). That's obviously outside of the café's control, and it didn't affect the food or service at all. They still had many seats available inside but probably because it's the holiday. If I recall, the place was packed during the afternoon when I last visited on a weekday. I will still say that Nana's Green Tea continues to be one of my favorite matcha spots whenever I'm in Seattle. Between the consistently high-quality matcha, delicious meals and desserts, excellent selection of teas to bring home, and genuinely exemplary customer service, it's a place I'll happily keep returning to whenever I'm back in town and have the time to visit.
