I was still waiting in that waiting room while people kept coming in and out, one after the other, and the technician was still unavailable to see me. Horrible experience. We make appointments for a reason!!!!!! It's understandable having to wait 10, 15 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes, but 50 minutes????? Come on. More exposure for me to have gotten Covid-19!!!
