In fact the Dr I met with was kind, then gave vague information and tried to up sell me on vague pointless treatments and will then work to crush you through billing any way they can. They seldom answer the phone. It took several calls for me to get ahold of someone, even to make an appointment. I spoke to May who claimed to be the office manager with my concerns. She stated that the owners did not care about the experiences of their patients and that she was there to be a buffer so they don't have to deal with it. In fact she stated that the owner was right behind her while she was yelling at me then hung up on me. Be aware, if you want sub par medical treatment and to be treated like an object without care, they are exactly what you are looking for! He is my go-to when I am back in Utah. He did my labs and was able to give me in-depth analysis of what steps I needed to take for my health. He has prescribed me medications that have solved issues that I have been to so many other doctors about that they weren't able to pin point a solution on.
