I am beyond disappointed with the "bait-and-switch" the "deception" and lies this company has done. It is exactly why the valley, is the way that it is. I purchased a vehicle online. They said they would call to finalize the papers and send me my vehicle. When I brought up a "discrepancy" with the window sticker [$52,000] and the price listed [$63,000]. They told me they did not know why it was like that. On the internet it was displayed: 63k with price reductions leaving the total to 49k. I was inquiring why it is listed at such a HUGE discount from 63k while the sticker was at 52k. They told me they added a "lift and tires" totaling 10k extra. That is why it was at 63k. I agreed and attempted to seal the deal at the offered price of 49k. They then told me, no they are going to add the 10k on top of the 49k because of the add-ons. I then said, the internet already incorporated the add-on. They went on to tell me it did not, until I presented the agreement they sent me. Surprised he said, this is wrong and I will not offer you this price. [funny enough, all that needed to happen was my submission of my I.D. and the online agreement would have been complete.] but to them, it was never offered. Long story short, this company continued and continued to increase the price higher than the price listed and agreed upon online. When I tried to hold them to the agreement [even after they ran my credit] they said that it was not the company who offered me that. Despite me being on their website. It is fraud at its finest. Elderly abuse! Stay away from this dealership! My Dad took his car in to get an oil change, and they forgot to put oil in it! 10 minutes after leaving, they called him to come back, and by the time he got back, the engine was blown. They said they would put a rebuilt engine in and two month later the car is still not done. My parents went to the dealership to get some paperwork out of the car and they talked them into a new car. My parents are in their late 70's, Dad's a Veteran, and mom's legally blind. Boy did they see them coming. Not only did they get them to buy a new car (making them pay $2,300 over MSRP!), Adam the sales guy told them it was an upcharge. What's an upcharge?!? They are selling a vehicle similar to my Dad's trade-in for $8K more than they gave him for his trade-in. My parents did not need to spend any of this money. The dealership blew their car engine and then made money on the trade-in and upsell! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Bought a 2022 vehicle. In the shop 6 times in 30 days. New design so you expect issues, however, service department a joke. First issue turned away because they didn't know Toyota installed that part, second time changed form/fit/function, both times no ticket written, third time spent 45 minutes in shop showing technician how to operate, fourth time turned away because too busy with 3 warning lights, fifth time they asked me for a part from home bought at Walmart to look into the problem and spent 15 minutes in shop walking them through, visit six had loaner car after a 3 hr wait for the car but when I got home they called to say it was ready. Toyota in awe but useless. Manager kept closing the Toyota cases. Vehicle initial problem still not fixed. Part 5 weeks backlog with Walmart in stock for $10. Joke is an understatement. read more

Richard Smith a British salesman, had been calling me daily for many days asking me to come by the dealership. I answered his call and told him that I had an offer from a different dealership and I asked him if he can match it. He said yes. I sent him the quote, stock number. He confirmed everything on the phone including out the door price. When I went to the dealership he wasted more than 2 hours and brought in a sales manager only to tell me he cannot match the price. I let him know that he should have said so on the phone instead of wasting customers time. I found this behavior very unprofessional and I hope it is not repeated. I have bought several toyota cars over the last few years and this is probably the worst dealership I have had to deal with so far. I bought a new 2022 Tundra a few months ago from them but the truck started having issues. My worst mistake was bringing it back to this dealership to get it serviced. The service depart here is asinine, rude and totally incompetent. From the mechanics telling me that the break pad noises coming from the rear wheels on my truck are normal even though they are squealing like stuffed pigs. Then I have to force them to check it because they did not want to and they find that they do have an problem with the rotors and break pads. To the Service Advisor lying to me to my face telling assuring me that the part has not arrived and their was no ETA date. Then 5 min later when I ask for the service history and invoice history on my truck/part, they miraculously made the part appear out of nowhere. The Service Advisor came out handed me an paper and said. Sir we do have your part after all we just cant install it today. Needless to say its the wrong part. They think I can't read. The part invoice is for the front not the back. I'm not dealing with this them anymore. I have filed a complaint with corporate as well as looking at other dealerships to take the truck too. Very deceitful. Be ready to haggle all day. Horrible service after the sale. Fails to meet expectations and contracted obligations. Going to have to take them to court! They promised to match the TrueCar offer. After everything was finalized, I paid $10,000 more than the TrueCar guaranteed price. After the sale, they wanted to charge me for the tow hitch that we negotiated in the deal. Don't sign anything, leave and wait for them to complete all the promised items on your vehicle (tint, upgrades, tow hitched, etc). Once you sign they flip on you like a pancake. Test drive on the highway. My steering wheel shook vigorously at 65 MPH. It had 7 miles on the vehicle when I bought it. They kept it overnight to balance the tires. No replacement vehicle for overnight repairs as promised. Take your money to San Antonio. I found the same Tacoma for a fraction of the price. read more

I am so upset!!! I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander in May of 2018. I was sitting at my house on sept 21,2019 when my husband comes inside to tell me my back windshield shattered all on its own. The weather stripping was completely on the ground as well as a bolt that fell off! Took my vehicle in, was told it may have been due to the heat and that I was responsible. I don't agree with what they told me! It's a new vehicle and that is not my problem!! There was no cracks, no nothing!!! so I spoke with the GSM Ricardo Ayala which didn't seem to care about my issue, was extremely rude and only tried to sell me another vehicle, he says to me "I have a solution, why don't we trade you out of it and get rid of the problem?" I just finished explaining to him that I owed $30,000 so tell me how that makes any sense at all?! After going back and forth with other managers I spoke with Melissa the service manager which also didn't seem to care much about the issue and was rude and thought I didn't know what I was talking about she was condescending and thought she could just outsmart me and try to "educate me" on things I already knew about . After 4 days of going back and forth i asked for the main manager Adrian Burone, he sat me down along with Melissa and told me to be patient and wait 48 hours to see what could be done and that Toyota was responsible for giving them the green light to help out which is complete BS because I worked there and I know they have plenty of options but they are unwilling to help!!! Adrian even took a phone call from his wife in the middle of me expressing my concerns which is extremely rude! After 48 hours nothing done and I've been without a vehicle with 3 kids for 6 days now!!!! No loaner, no help, just a waste of my damn time!!! read more

Then today, the first time I've driven it since, the passenger side rear turn signal is out. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. The sales people were highly inappropriate with their tactics. They were condescending, rude, liars, and just flat out repulsive. My plan was to finance a vehicle, but they were pressuring me into leasing! On top of that, they were trying to screw me over really bad on a trade. After they appraised my vehicle, they never gave me back my keys.So, I couldn't just get up and leave. I felt like a hostage! They acted like hungry piranhas, but in this case they were money-hungry piranhas. I literally felt embarrassed for these people. I understand that it's their livelihood and they need to sell, but their tactics are borderline harassment. The salesman and one of his cronies bad-mouthed the competition (dealership in Brownsville) at a personal level. I ended up doing business with their competition. Not only did they pay off my trade, they also gave me more than what I owed. Plus, the staff never pressured me. They were very transparent and never felt like they were lying to me. read more
