Shawn (the owner) was super accommodating & Pam immediately dispatched Matt out with a truck. When Matt arrived he went straight to work & was very careful & diligent with my 2 ton Ambulance, knew what he was doing. The rear bumpers on the ambulance are long & low to the ground & will drag & catch, but Matt took the time to look & make sure everything cleared as he loaded up. The whole staff is super professional & made me feel very comfortable & important & Shawn thanked me for the opportunity to earn his business. Top notch company here, I highly recommend M&M Wrecker!

I was back home and unable to help them and was worried about them as they faced this problem. My wife called AAA and they sent John Bean from Freedom Towing. (I found out later he's the owner.) He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He put in a new battery, checked the charging system, gave them plenty of information and put their minds at ease about making the rest of their trip. I talked with him on the phone and was convinced he knew what he was talking about. He made me feel much better about my family's situation away from home. Thanks to John, they got back on the road and were not worried they'd break down along the way.
