The bread soaked up the au jus nicely while not making it overly soggy or falling apart. The pork itself though was delicious! It was very tender and the thing I loved most about it was there seemed to be black pepper mixed in with the pork which complemented the au jus perfectly. I'm not kidding, I think I'm going to have dreams about those flavors going forward. I could probably drink that au jus, but I won't.
