I pay $50.00 and he is treated as if he is their own dog. What more would you want for your furry family member. Love all the different options they have here also. For the price that we have paid, I was hoping to give a raving review. First, I want to acknowledge…read morethat when calling for my reservation, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. However, we were less than impressed as new guests upon arrival. The staff was not as welcoming and the expectation that was set while making the reservation fell pretty flat. We decided to try the resort one additional time because of the amount of positive reviews, but the second time also left us in disappointment. It was extremely difficult to get through to anyone when calling to check on our dogs. When making my reservation, I was told there would be communication about how our dogs were doing. This has not happened, so we tried to call, but the phones are not answered. I received no response to my voicemail or emails while I was traveling. The report cards that we received were duplicates even though our dogs have very different personalities. One of our dogs came home not feeling well, although his report card said he was "rambunctious". I hesitated before writing this very honest review because I may give the resort one additional opportunity to change my perspective. I have attached a copy of each duplicated report card that was received for my dogs as well as the email that was left without a response. Consideration should really be given to the offerings that are promised if there is not capacity to provide quality results/products.

My 4 month and 23 day old puppy, Binx, died while in care at DogSports. I'm only able to post…read morelimited information here, but will provide a link below for full documentation regarding his death. Binx had documented crate anxiety. A DogSports employee told our vet office that Binx had been unable to settle himself all day. Binx was there 8 hours that day, had noted crate anxiety, employees were aware he was in distress, and NO ONE CALLED until he has passed away. He was found in his crate dead, with vomit and diarrhea. Other PUBLIC information, the owner of the DogSports, Joanne Reaney, was charged with 35 counts of theft for allegedly embezzling $517k from her employer years ago. I'm not an attorney, but the court of common pleas document looks like an agreement was made for payback to potentially avoid the felony charge/jail time (PA criminal law Rule 586). In addition, more PUBLIC information, there is an open state tax lien on the business and there appears to be more than 10 open civil cases (with monetary judgments of over $100k due). It also appears that the owner lives over an hour away, out of state. They are a poorly run business based on their open judgments and open tax liens. They take in an unlimited number of dogs per day, regardless of employee to dog ratio. So my husband started Googling and found Knucklehead K9. He called & left a msg and Tony called us back within minutes! He gave us all the details of his programs and pricing, and we setup an appt. From the first session Tony set the tone and showed Yolo who was in charge. We were astonished at how quickly he got our dog to listen with just patience, clear direction & treats! My husband and I needed the most training lol! Tony really understands dogs and how they think. He rewards with treats and praise for good behavior and corrects with firm direction for negative behavior. He really taught us how to be our dog's leader. We really liked his training techniques and learned SO much! He is very straight forward and does not sugar coat. It is truly about the owners being consistent and firm. If you're ready for a real dog trainer then Tony is your guy! But YOU better be ready to do the work! We are so much happier with our dog. He's a year old now and we can honestly say he's a GOOD DOG! Sure he's still a pup and has some maturing to do but he has done a 180 since we did the training. We love Tony!
