The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Berks Humane PA (Alt location, Reading, PA), not so much.

Love this veterinary office. The team is helpful caring and attentive to my feather and fur babies…read more Dr Hall is just simply the best! He is dedicated and caring to my pets. A good example of the commitment is I had a few month old puppy that needed immediate attention but they were very busy and already more than the day would allow to see their patients, but they stayed late to help my little puppy. That is so unusual in today's businesses! So very appreciative of them. Will alway have my loyalty and gratitude, as well as anyone else I can tell

Yep, it's a busy office & with good reason. First and foremost, the staff works unbelievably hard, and they are such compassionate, animal-loving humans. Most importantly, as someone who worships her pets, I trust the expertise of the staff. They always make me feel at ease when I'm in a tizzy over my fur babies. They shower my dogs with hugs & kisses too; their dedication & genuine compassion go a very long way. Cindy, Kristin, Stephanie, Anna, and Kathleen are incredible assets to the VCA office. The veterinarians also don't beat around the bush. Dr. Hall has gone over all options of treatments before we choose one; he has called me with good news & also terrible news. His bedside manner is bona fide authentic & kind. I don't have a bird, but from what I understand, Dr. Hall is a phenomenal Avian veterinarian. Dr. Bauman explains thoroughly & even got down on the floor to play with my pups. Dr. Bennett, Dr. Burke have all been amazing vets. The facility is clean & my pups actually enjoy going to the vet. This location does not have boarding. But it has a nice big parking lot. There is also a grassy knoll for your pet to go potty before visiting the Dr. Beware of the squirrels if your dog is anything like Doug in UP *squirrel* I am a real customer of VCA & recommend the business.

I hardly ever write reviews but I feel this veterinary office deserves a lot of praise. Two years…read moreago our little cockapoo Lily was diagnosed with stage four cancer by another veterinarian who had no feeling whatsoever which I will not name. Thank God I came across Dr. Lewis, because we had to make the hardest decision ever and had to put her down. They were so kind, caring and loving and made the whole situation a lot easier. The next day we received a delivery on our doorstep with a card saying., "Thinking of you during this difficult time" with a white rose to remember our little Lilly's life. I cried and too this day I will never forget that kind gesture. Forward two years later, I now have two miniature Australian Shepherd's whom I take to Dr. Lewis for their care. My dogs love Dr. Lewis to pieces. The thing I love most about Doc is when he opens the door to come see the boys and right away he gets down on the floor at their level and gives them both a big hug and kiss. The staff here has a heart of gold and a love for animals like no other. If you are looking for a veterinarian this is the place to go.

"Do you want to reschedule ? " There was, at most, one (1) car in the parking lot and an absolutely quiet waiting rooms d office. I drive 50 miles and took one hour and 40 minutes of my time for this experience as an established customer for being eleven (11) minutes late with a silent office and waiting toom. There was no offer from the front desk to talk with the veterinarian in the office. I hope that the veterinary office or the veterinarian will contact me with an apology. We shall see if they do. It will be hard to come back to this office with my pets, seen there before, without hearing from them about this.

I have a dog who is terrified of the vet and she is always willing to take her white coat off and get down on the floor with him to make him feel comfortable before even trying to start the exam! I am greatly appreciative of her time, her generosity, and the care she has for the animals and their owners. Aside from her amazing animal skills, Dr. Riehl is great with people too. She takes her time during every visit and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed while giving lots of great information and taking the time to ensure I understand. The first time I met Dr. Riehl we connected instantly and knew she was the vet for my animals. She provided me solutions for my animals that no other vet would do and it makes me feel welcomed and valued here. I also want to give props to all the other employees here. Everyone at Neffsville contributes to the positive experience I have every time I come in and you can tell they love their jobs, and the people and animals that walk through their door. I am never disappointed!

All of this was for urinary infection and bladder stones that are made up of mostly calcium. I am not sure if this will re-occur or not and neither does Neffsville. $10,711 for urinary infection and bladder stones, including follow-up visits seems like a money machine in and out and pay high costs, at least to me.
