A few months after we ordered the dress, we found that the same dress was being sold like hot cakes from other bridal shops. You can imagine it would be devastating to see people you know with your same dress. Jaylee jumped in to the rescue. She had us come in again and she was able to work her magic to rebuild the dress in a way to make it different. Her creativity and sense of style absolutely saved the day because she was able to make modification suggestions that we would have never known were possible. Now no one will have this one-of-a-kind dress and it's even better than before. We are so grateful that Jaylee took this so seriously for us because most gown shops would say that it's just a risk you take by buying a "mass" produced gown. OK, they are different, but they love me, and I love them. And I am trying to make them happy. Just like Annie, the woman who was working with me at Chic Bridal was trying hard to make me! She was working hard when I got there, helping someone else, buying a wedding dress (lots more money than my measly bridesmaids dresses). But that didn't stop her. She was so helpful, and kind, and kept bringing me more dresses so we could pinpoint all personalities. It was such a great experience, I started getting jealous I didn't buy me dress here! Best of all, she was my "friend" cause I didn't bring any of my own. She told me what was good, bad, and just plain wrong with something. They had a ton of wedding dresses and when I let my eye's wonder I saw some that I really liked!
